He hecho siempre deporte y en estos momentos estoy preparando una oposición donde la carrera es muy importante, tengo una lesión plantar, además de sobrecargas por el volumen de ejercicio. Llevo un día con la pistola de percusión y de momento funciona a la perfección, viene preparada como en las fotos, con sus plásticos protectores en el display, en la marca, y metida en una caja. Tiene botón de on/off en la parte donde se carga, además del botón de inicio del aparato. Una vez encendida se puede regular la intensidad hasta 20 niveles. En el display tenemos a la derecha el nivel de carga y a la izquierda los niveles de trabajo. Los acoples que trae son los habituales en estas máquinas y suficientes. Es silenciosa, se siente bien en las manos, no pesa en exceso.Hay que tener en cuenta unas indicaciones a la hora se usarla. No la pueden usar personas operadas recientemente, o con marcapasos etc, además también tenemos que usarla con los acoples para cada zona y no insistir más de unos pocos minutos 3-5 minutos máximo por músculo. Tampoco se puede aplicar en zonas de hueso o cercanas a grupos venosos grandes (detrás de las rodillas por ejemplo) ni en la cabeza. Además hay que estar pendiente porque pueden salir hematomas (no es lo normal). Se puede aplicar en el cuello pero con muchísimo cuidado. Es válida para ayudar a rehabilitar pequeñas lesiones musculares, sobrecargas así como preparación para el ejercicio y una relajación post ejercicio.Dudaba mucho sobre este tipo de aparatos y sobre todo cuál comprar ya que hay cientos de opciones, de momento le valoro con 5 estrellas, iré actualizando mis experiencias, espero que dure mucho el producto.

I looked at quite a few different massage guns before settling on this one and I'm glad I did.The gun itself is a little bigger than I was expecting but it's comfortable to hold and it feels sturdy, not like some cheap plastic thing that's going to shake itself apart within a matter of days. It has some weight to it but not so much that it becomes too heavy with prolonged use. The controls are simple to use and very touch-responsive. It arrived with 70% power, so I was able to use it immediately.It comes in a very nice carry case, which has separate slots for the massage gun itself, the charging unit (which had the UK 3-pin plug on it) and each of the attachments. I particularly like this case as I've seen some others with pretty poor quality cases, some of which have no slots for the attachments or charger, so everything's basically unprotected and/or rattling around loose inside the case. That might be fine if you don't intend to take it anywhere but in my opinion, this one is much better; well protected outside and well organised inside. There's also a warranty card and a user manual in the case, the latter of which gives you all the information you need about operating the massage gun and which attachment to use for which part of the body.In terms of functionality, the massage gun and the various attachments are excellent. The attachments just slot in and out with a bit of force, but not too much and they're very secure during use. The gun has plenty of power with 20 speed settings but the 4-6 range is comfortable for most body parts and you can go up to the 8-10 range for larger muscles such as the quads without any problems.That said, I don't think I'd want that much power around my neck or shoulders. I don't know who anyone could use this with the speed at 20 but it's nice to have the headroom I guess; I'd rather it had more power than necessary rather than too little. It also switches off after 15 minutes and personally, I've found that to be more than enough time to do what I've needed to do with it. If you did want to use it for longer, you can simply turn it on for another 15 minutes, of course.In terms of power consumption, it seems very reasonable. As I said, it arrived with 70% charge, right out of the box and I've used it for about an hour in total (over a period of days) since then, which has dropped that charge down to just 60%. I don't think I'll need to charge this more than once every couple of weeks or so, which I don't have any problems with.All in all, I'm extremely happy with this product. I've used it after every gym session this week and it's definitely helped loosen up my muscles and speed up recovery.

Bewertung Renpho MassagepistoleDie Massagepistole von Renpho kommt in einer sehr schlichten, aber geräumigen Hardshell-Tasche geliefert, mit 6 verschiedenen Aufsätzen. Die Aufsätze haben auch jeweils einen Platz und verbleiben damit auch beim Transport an Ihrer Stelle.Der Gesamteindruck des Geräts würde ich als hochwertig einstufen und die Materialauswahl ist in meinen Augen gelungen. Der Korpus besteht aus einem robusten Kunststoff. Der Griff wiederum hat eine Art soft-gummierung, welcher den längerfristigen Umgang angenehm macht. Der Griff des Gerätes ist für große Hände gut geeignet, für kleinere Hände könnte der griff etwas zu breit sein. Dafür ist das Gerät mit zwei Händen aber ebenfalls gut zu kontrollieren.Leichte Schwierigkeiten beim Erstgebrauch gab es beim Starten des Gerätes, da es sowohl unter dem Griff eingeschaltet werden muss als auch am hinteren Ende damit sich das Display aktiviert und die Akkuladung sowie die Intensität der Bewegung angezeigt werden kann. Vorteilhaft ist, dass es viele Intervalle gibt um die Stufe je nach Bedürfnis oder Körperregion einzustellen. Beeindruckt bin ich von der Akkulaufzeit und dem Akkuverbrauch im aktiven Modus- die hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen, da ich trotz mehrstündiger Verwendung den Akku bisher nicht einmal laden musste.Das beigelegte Informationsheft gut geeignet, um den Anwendungszweck der einzelnen Aufsätze zu verstehen. Hat man allerdings keine anatomischen Kenntnisse über die Lage der Muskulatur im Körper, kann die Anwendung mit der Pistole sehr unangenehm sein. Die Behandlung direkt über den Knochen wo wenig Fett- oder Muskelmasse ist, ist sehr unangenehm. Sind jedoch anatomische Grundlagen der Muskulatur bekannt, ist das Gerät eine gute Alternative zur Entspannungsmassage nach stärkerer oder längerer Belastung oder auch bei akuten muskulären Schmerzen. Der Wechsel der einzelnen Aufsätze ist am Anfang noch gewöhnungsbedürftig, da das Gerät teilweise einen Rückschlag gibt. Hat man sich aber daran gewöhnt ist die korrekte Anlage der Aufsätze kein Problem. Die Lautstärke des Geräts ist verhältnismäßig Leise - auf jeden Fall nicht störend bei der Verwendung.Insgesamt würde ich das Produkt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hat meine Erwartungen voll und ganz Erfüllt.
