Fantastic texture and flavor. Held up to fixings. Did not fall apart at the mere presence of mayo, mustard tomatoes...things with moisture did not phase this bun. AND it was a decent size. Great for normal sized burgers...this was no slider sized bun like Katz or Schar both have. Until I can make something like this myself, these will be purchased again and again!

These were nice and moist, but way too bready. More like a moist thick loaf of bread. Like Undi's better.

I received an order of buns that were smashed, way overdone on the edges and poorly cut. I contacted the company and heard nothing back. HOWEVER, I just received a replacement order. My grandson really enjoys these and they are much less crumbly than the ones I make. He is allergic to eggs as well as being a celiac so I was so disappointed with the poor quality of the order. They have restored my faith though with the replacement order. Their tortillas are great too. Thanks!

A few years ago I bought this product with some regularly. At that time is was a good gluten free hamburger bun. This product has changed, and not for the better. The buns are now packaged in airtight packaging, which should be a good thing. However, whether it is the packaging, new ingredients, or some new manufacturing process, the buns are now tasteless, dense, doughy, and, seemingly, half-baked. I can honestly say that of the 1000+ meals I have eaten over the last year, I have only disposed of 1 due to poor quality - tonight's dinner, due entirely to this product.

THESE are by far the best GF buns I have tried HANDS DOWN! PLEASE come back! I will buy them all

My wife suffers from both gluten intolerance and she is allergic to a dairy protein so, as you can imagine, quite a strict diet per doctor orders. She has tried a variety of products similar to this one and states this is by far the best one she has tried. The biggest draw back is the price, especially shipping costs. However if you are willing to pay the price we believe you will not be disappointed in the quality.

The last gluten free hamburger buns that I bought from Amazon were soft and fluffy. You would never know they were gluten free. These buns were hard and dry and small. I definitely would not purchase them again.

I was hesitant to order these but I hadn't seen them any where else so I decided to give them a try. Much to my surprise, they were good and best of all healthy. Tastes good and is healthy don't always go together but in this case they do. I will order these again and order from the same vendor. It was a no problem transaction just the kind we all like.
