I have gotten two batteries from these guys. The batteries fit as advertised, exactly the same specifications as the original. I've had the one battery for 10 months, they are excellent replacements so far. The real reason to get this battery from Amanda rather than another seller is the amazing customer service. They answer your questions, they honor their 12 month replacement guarantee, and seem generally to want to provide a quality service. I will buy more batteries from them.

The battery of my notebook computer is not very easy to use now and does not store electricity. I bought this battery online now. after using it once, I feel that the stored electricity is quite large enough to be used. it feels more durable than the original one. the quality looks very good and it is worth buying!

Received the battery as expected. Installed in my Dell E7440 laptop and system appeared to work at first, but soon after charge, laptop powered off and would not respond. After multiple "taking battery out and putting back in", laptop did finally turn back on but "low battery" light flashed and system continually warned about low battery level. Plugged laptop into dock to try that and after about five minutes, low battery light came on and system powered off. Totally unable to turn back on while attached to dock. I have had to go back to the OEM battery to even use my laptop. This battery is absolutely NOT compatible with my Dell E7440.Update: 3/26/2020 - In summary, incredible service by Amanda. They listened to my issue, sent out a second battery (free), and suggested different ways to see if maybe the first battery was bad. Unfortunately, the second battery did not work either. We just have to conclude that my E7440 is not compatible with this battery. Aside from it not working, the level of communication and service by Amanda was second to none. Constant communication, going above and beyond to ensure that everything possible was tried before concluding it just would not work. Amanda provided shipping label to return the two batteries and remained in communication to make sure I was able to ship okay. In summary, I have only lost some time and gained a bit of learning about my laptop. Even though in the end this battery did not work for me, based on the customer service alone, I am upgrading my review from one star to four. Thank you again Amanda for the outstanding service, much appreciated.

The replacement battery came quickly and installed in an instant with no issues. To be honest, I bought a different brand replacement battery before this one from Amanda, and it never charged because my laptop recognized it as faulty. I returned that one and decided to buy this one from Amanda because of its great reviews. I plugged it in, my laptop started charging it with no issues and continued to run as usual.

Battery was a bit stiff to get plugged in first time, but seemed to be ok for a Latitude 7440. User just called and now orange batt light flashes and won't run at all w/o AC adapter plugged in. Taken out and back in a few times to see if it will reconnect better - no changes. Returning for refund and looking for better battery - OEM from Dell.

Bought this battery last year but after a year, the battery had swelled and is not latching anymore on my E7440 laptop. I reached out to Amanda customer service who responded the same day and sent me updates on the weekend on the shipping status of new replacement battery. I got the battery in 3 days. The new battery latched on without a hitch. They must have changed the specs on this battery as the first one didn't latch this well. Battery charged to 100% and showing 5 and a half hours remaining while on battery power.Thank you Amanda for the great customer service and honoring your 1 year battery warranty.

I purchased the battery in April and by August the battery light on the laptop was flashing. The battery no longer works with my laptop. It will not charge. Amazon states the return window closed May 24, 2018 and the Product Support window closed June 23, 2018. So I'll be spending another $50 for a battery from a different manufacturer

I received the battery on Feb. 3rd, swapped it out and turned my laptop on. I charged it to 100% and used my laptop once. Mid March I brought my laptop to a job and tried using it without the AC adapter and it was dead, no biggie. I left it charging for a few minutes, but didn't notice any change. Thinking it may be fluke I purposely left the laptop off with the AC adapter connected over night and checked the battery. It still had no charge. I contacted the seller and let them know what had transpired and they shipped a replacement battery. I got the replacement in and left it on the charger for a few hours and it charged from 47% to 100%. I assume this battery is good, but the first one reacted the same way. The good news is the seller was VERY responsive and shipped a replacement battery to me at no charge so that I could use the laptop without the defective battery missing from it. I'm giving it 3 stars for the moment. I will edit the review if I find the replacement battery performs better.(UPDATE) The second battery has been great.

Tras menos de 11 meses de uso (uso correcto, sacando la batería cuando no se utiliza, no dejando la batería enchufada a la corriente...etc) simplemente deja de funcionar y cargar. Para el precio que tiene, no siendo original, y dados sus componentes debería tener más duración que 11 meses. La batería original, con más de 4 años, tiene a día de hoy mejor rendimiento que esta, que ya no es utilizable.

Been waiting to review this item, as rechargable batteries take a while to show their true nature. But I'm quite satisfied with this one, and think it's quite a good deal. Holds a charge very well, and gives adequate warning at the end of its cycle.
