Not as good as BioFreeze
I purchased this in error. I thought I was purchasing Bio Freeze. This does not smell as good as the Bio Freeze nor does it work on the muscle pain as well as Bio freeze.

Great Relief!

I have ankle and back pain I got this when I was experiencing really bad pain and it helped quite a bit I applied a lot of it and it kept me cool while I was out in the heat

Does nothing! A waste of money!!!
I have used Icy Hot for years for muscle pain in my lower back. I was looking to try something new and this caught my eye. It seemed like an Amazon alternative to BioFreeze. Wrong!!! It’s nowhere nearly as effective as BioFreeze. It does nothing for my pain. Not one teeny tiny bit. It’s just a waste of money! Avoid this crap!
