I ordered a battery for my laptop in 2021 as my current battery is having issues. When I received the battery, I was having issues because the battery wouldn't charge all the way. I reached out to their customer service and they were very kind and apologetic and sent me another one. Luckily the 2nd battery they sent me works perfect. Currently (2 years later), I am having some small issues with the battery so I may need to order another one from them. But they have great customer service.

Edit - While I had issues with this battery for my laptop, the customer service was outstanding. Despite being outside the return window, ZTHY sent me a replacement battery to see if it would fix the problem. It did not fix the issue, but they refunded me. I am disappointed the battery did not work for my laptop but I am extremely satisfied with the customer service.—————————-I got a this battery as a replacement for my HP Spectre x360 laptop since the original battery was 6 years old. Initially this battery seemed to do okay, but about a month in, it demonstrated a fatal flaw. If the charge on the battery got low (seemed to be less than ~15%), it would not recharge properly. When I hooked up the laptop to power, it would charge for about 2 seconds, then stop, then resume, then stop repeatedly. This cycling would not meaningfully charge the battery and it seemed to be only able to drain or hold its present charge at best. I tried different power adapters that I knew worked on other computers and would leave the battery charging for hours with the laptop both running and shut down. When the laptop was on and connected to power, Windows would also indicate that the laptop was endlessly cycling between charging and not charging, without ever gaining any real charge. I tried accomplishing a battery reset and that did not fix the problem. Luckily I kept the original battery and it still charges properly (i.e. not a problem with my computer). This battery appeared to be the exact replacement for my old battery (same model, capacity, voltage, etc) but I would not recommend it.

Works perfectly in my HP Spectre 360 laptop. I had to buy a T4 little screwdriver to open it up, but once I did, installation was super easy. Just plug it in and it’s working great. Seems to be holding a charge.

HP does not recognize the battery when installled and does not charge. DO NOT BUY
