I came into possession of my childhood computer. While the actual computer itself was dead, the crt was still giving some life. This adapter works flawlessly! The price scared me a bit, but it was worth it to revive an old friend. As far as I can tell the screen and signal quality are working as attended. There is a slight chance some dimming is due to the adapter, but it may be the CRT itself that needs new transistors. Once I get it properly maintenanced, I can return and give an update. But I assume the adapter is working as intended.

You're most likely using VGA for an office computer, and this performs well. The connection was perfect, the Color was perfect. However I have noticed an occasional flicker in brightness. Sometimes the screen will randonly change brightness from high to medium.

It's a great price and it worked, so I'm happy

Super easy to use I had a very old old video card in my somewhat new computer, but I had to adapt the output to go to my old monitor. This was just the adapter that I needed. I had my computer up and running with it in two minutes and I think it’s a better picture. I would definitely buy again.
