Fake reviews?

Not at all a fake review.  We bought these for our Atlanta office and we're almost at a reorder point.  We like mixing and matching the different flavors together, too.  So far, all their products seem to be worth it, including their concentrated coffee products.  Good luck and enjoy.

Is there any information about what this is actually made from, or if this is imported from another country? As they don't have the same fda standards

This is real coffee (concentrate) with caramel flavoring.  The label says that it is made in the USA.  The product is very good.  We enjoyed this and their other flavors, as well, in our office!

Does this have caffeine?

There are multiple selections on this listing so depends on which you're choosing - the vanilla & caramel are coffee/latte flavorings and list liquid coffee on the ingredients and as such may have caffeine (although most products with caffeine note that separately and these do not seem to do so).  However, the hot chocolate option is used for just that, to make hot chocolate (and I guess you could make mocha lattes too), so since it isn't specifically for a coffee drink, it doesn't have liquid coffee listed on the ingredient's list and thus wouldn't have caffeine.

Total 23g,  it is sweet so I add a heaping spoon for unsweetened cocoa. Delish
