I have so many photos that I love and want to display, but definitely not enough space in my house to display them. We received a digital frame as a gift years ago so I finally busted it out for display and it didn't work! So I purchased this one - I uploaded a ton of photos to a USB and I am able to view them on this frame! I haven't figured out how to save them on the frame from the USB (or if you can even do that??)....but as long as I have the USB plugged in, I can view them on the frame! I have this frame on display on a hall table and my kiddos love to stop and watch it and ask who everyone is :). It's been tons of fun to have in the house!

Update: After my review below the company reached out and sent me an 8 inch unit, which Is very nice of them so I raised the stars to 3.BTW, I rarely write bad reviews, but this deserves it. I bought 3 of these for presents. Got them and the first thing I noticed was that the 7 inch one is very small. It's basically the size of a 3x5 picture. I'm sure that's not the company's fault, but important for people to know. I would never get a 7 inch one again. The frame also looked very cheap and I've watch the youtube video now where the reviewer said the sound and picture quality was awful so you might want to look into that.More importantly, when it arrived I had my USB 2 flash drive, under 32 gig with jpg files on it ready to plug in, just like they say in the instructions. I plugged it in and got an error message that meant nothing. It was cutoff so couldn't even read the entire thing. I checked to make sure everything was correct according to instructions and it was. I tried a second device and same error. I then called customer service and spoke with a woman who tried a few things with no success. She seemed to know very little and said the only option was to email someone who knew more and have them call me back. I agreed, but then got frustrated that I had to wait and tried to call again to talk to someone else. A guy picked up this time, very nice, and tried some other things like re-formatting it different ways on the MAC operating system. none worked. I put JPG, MOV, MP3 and another format all on the USB and it wouldn't read any of them. I'm pretty computer savvy and I cannot think of any reason why this didn't work. The customer service person was perplexed too. He said he would have someone call me back as well. I said I needed it to happen that day because Xmas is close. He said it would be a couple hours.Fast forward to the next day at noon and no one has called me back. I'm returning all three items. If I were to advise someone, I would stay away from this product. 1. compatibility issues and 2. you'll be happier spending more for a better quality one. I got the Nix 10 inch for me and my GF and it's wayyyyyyyyy better, but cost a lot more too. I think it's $150 on amazon.

This is a really bad product. I'm returning it today. The screen is small. The remote is slow. But mostly it kept freezing on certain pictures 1 day after opening. I didn't even attempt to try music or video. There is a scathing review on youtube of this product if you care to look it up. I was frantically searching the night before father's day trying to find a way to make the pictures shuffle. Turns out they only play in order.

This isn't super fancy but it is a nice, small digital frame. The biggest issue I have with this is that the buttons are in an awkward spot. The frame is about the size of an iphone 8 plus for those of you who would like a comparison. I was going to get this for my grandma but it isn't going to work for her because of the awkward button placements, the ease of use just isn't there for an older lady not familiar with tech. I feel like it would be better to have mini buttons on the bottom or to have a touch screen. The usb also sticks way out when it is plugged in (which is needed to play pictures). The seller, however, messaged me shortly after the purchase just to check in on needing a usb to use for photos and to ensure the product arrived. The seller was very nice! I just waited way too long to open this and get it set up.

Extremely light weight with a stand that makes me nervous. Do not set anywhere it might get bumped or even a shelf or desk that may get bumped as the stand keeps it straight up right and it will fall over. Make sure that you have nearby also.

This is a GREAT picture frame, especially for the cost! I have it on my desk and everyone compliments it. My only complaint is that it says that it will auto rotate pictures, but I haven't found that to be the case. I've even tried the remote to select a pic and rotate it, but that doesn't work either. But it's a good frame other than that.

REVISED: This company sent me another frame and it worked beautifully - just as advertised. Plugged it in, insert the SD card, and pictures displayed instantly. I assume the first frame I got was a one-off mistake and the company made good on it so I changed my review from 1 star to 5 star. Unfortunate mistakes happen occasionally. This is understandable, especially when the company reached out to rectify the problem in a sincere and professional way. I commend this company for their honesty and efforts.ORIGINAL POST: After communication with the company, they I tried for FOUR hours to figure out how to get the pictures on my SD card to show up on this frame. The SD card worked the first time I inserted it. I changed a few settings in the menu, and then reinserted the SD card and got "No Files". Changed settings back, got same No Files. Tried different SD cards, different file formats, different size SD cards - always the same; first time inserting the SD card it would work, but after removing it and reinserting would get the No Files message. Look, I am not a genius on this stuff, but not stupid either. I own 6 other, different digital frames. The point here is that it shouldn't be this hard. I shouldn't have to trial and error my way in to getting an SD card to work. THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL SHOULD HAVE MORE INFORMATION! 4 hours of attempts is just too much time in my life. I returned it and will buy another brand.

Still working perfectly
