How do I convert hoover to clean under furniture? The wand comes off at the same time as the pod, wand won’t fit in the hole for floor tool?

Unfortunately it would appear that Amazon's product description is wrong. This model doesn't actually have the 'powered lift-away' feature at all, despite saying that it does in the title and description. It just has the normal 'lift-away' feature, so it won't power the brush head in lift-away mode.

Does this come with the pet tool? It states in the name/description it does but then I’m seeing a lot of comments saying you have to buy it separately

No mine doesn't as mine is the anti hair wrap one, it depends on model you get, still a good vacuum though
