Best choice I have made. I have been trying to potty train my son for over a year. We have been successful two other times but this last time was similar to pulling teeth in my opinion. He found a fake diamond one day and decided he would go and do his business not in his pants for it. I bought this and went back and forth if it would even work and well. I can proudly say I am not wiping toddler booty anymore and we have multi colored "gems" all over our house, under our couches, in our beds and more than likely in every pocket of his clothing. I know this was not the intended use. But it was the perfect purchase and he loves the treasure chest look as well. So, yes value for money was all there. Very sturdy chest that is all still in once piece and the gems are all perfect. I won't need to buy again since I still have about 50 in there but thank you for helping this once struggling mama.

Honestly one of the better "random thing from Amazon" I've bought. And I've bought a lot! The chest is well made, and constructed out of surprisingly thick wood (for a toy at this price). The size is what I expected; it's the exact measurements it says in the description (and honestly what I'd expect from a toy?) The bad reviews about it being too small aren't the product's fault. The gems are nice and fill the chest up completely. There was another review complaining about the gems but ours are good: no sharp points, no issues. Obviously they're of a size you need to be careful if your kid still puts everything in their mouth (choking hazard). My single complaint - but not enough to drop a star - is the latch is tough to open for my 5 year old. It's just too small and latches too tightly. As an adult (relatively), it is not a problem for me to open and I'm hoping it'll loosen up a bit.

Great value for the money. The chest is adorable and perfect for little hands. My four-year-old grandaughter loves it and the "jewels" are such a great bonus. I hide them around the house, and she loves searching for them and then putting them into her treasure chest.

I bought this for my kid for Christmas to hold his "treasures" on his shelf. I painted a Zelda theme inside it with his name. He loved it, and he thought the jewels were fun, too. It was a hit, and now, 4 months later, it's still great, up on his shelf. I love that it's real wood, and the gold bands are a nice touch. The price was great, too.

Daughter loved it for a prop on her present table. Still plays with them afterwards. Works as a decoration and kids toy hah

The gems are great. The ”lock” on the treasure box isn’t really a lock but doesn’t hold it closed very well so the gems kept falling out while my child walked with it

This little chest is very nicely made for the price! It's for my 4 & 6 yr. old grandsons who love role playing. It's super sturdy, they're going to love it! Don't hesitate to buy this.
