How much does it weight? Does it feel heavy when wearing it?

I am not sure of the weight but I didn’t mind it at all. It wad like wearing a Fanny pack.

How can you tell when its fully charged? My girlfriend threw out the manual. And now it doesnt run for more than five minutes.

The charging indicator flashes when charging and will be off when charging is full.

On the box, I can see as Made in China

can the pad be moistened?

The box says:" Machine Washable Removable wired controller for pad cleaning, helps maintain the material's softness for years to come".
