This is a game changer for sluggish bowels, I initially bought the sweetened one, but was way too sweet for my taste. I added this to porridge, homemade soups etc.Only downside was the expensive price 🫤

Great but not as great as some well known capsules. Made a difference in 2 weeks and kept it up. I chose to stop for a while and then restart, so I can be aware of what my health is without this intervention.

On the pricey sue however I do love this formula and really ferl the benefit to my gut health in the last month so just ordered my 2nd packet.

Buyer beware - look at the weight, This is good and loved that it wasn't flavoured, but watch out - check price and weight. When it arrived it was only 150gms - the same price as I had paid for vanilla flavour weighing 450gm bought directly from Biomel.

I have tried Biomel twice now, and although in paper sounds great, i couldn't really tell much difference. I bought it because has some bacteria strains that i wanted to get in my system, but once again couldn't feel more energy or less, or anything else. I don't think i would buy this again

I have never used gut supplements before so I have nothing to compare it to. However, I didn't expect anything from it either and I must say I understand the hype. My gut is not bloated at all I am regular now and feel less hunger and cravings too and I have only been using it for 4 days so these results are only after 4 uses. Only Downside is I blend it with water and it takes alot of effort to blend it. It does go lumpy.

i like the flavour, I mix it with greek yohurt and it tastes a bit like Horlicks. Although I do think this product has made some difference, it has not done anything for my bloating. It has made me feel very hungry, I guess that's speeded up digestion, and also improved my 'movements'. I've been taking it for nearly a month. I do wonder if it might take a few months to really see the benefits, and I also wonder if i'm not taking enough maybe, I'm on a heaped teaspoonful a day. But at the price it is, I can't really afford to have more than that. Everyone is different and this product might work better on some as most of the reviews suggest. If is was cheaper I might perserve, but think I will look for something similar but cheaper. Also, check the added vitamins and minerals if you're already taking supplements .
