Bigger by a size. Should buy a size smaller than your usual. Had to return

shoes ok but very large for me.I am a size 38/39 wide but this was a 38.5 which could npt fit me well and I had to return.I will purchase a size smaller

I ordered size 40W and I received size 41. So the heel slipped when I walked. However it is a very well built shoes and comfy to walk on so I will just insert a cushion pad on the heel and hope for the best. They don't have size 40 so I can't return and I really like the shoes :(I expect to get a call or notification if they don't have the size I ordered. I did put a cushion on it and it's still too big for me (sometimes slipped out when I walk).

I placed order for my size then paid then I read the review I understood everyone wrote size is bigger they received . I canceled order then I requested one size smaller then when I received still size was big… if your size is 38 you should order 37 … or 36.5 … shoes looks nice and high quality but size seems not according GCC countries

Shoes looks very nice and comfy however I received one size bigger than the one I Ordered.. and for wide it makes a huge difference ..SAD and waiting for replacement for the correct size I ordered originally. And that's the only reason I'm giving one Star otherwise it will be a 5 stars !

The skin of the shoes came off within a couple of weeks . Seemed to be very old stock .

The most comfortable shoes I own. I stand for long hours at work. I can wear these the whole shift and look stylish at the same time
