Bought this piece of items works real good but had to cancel and the lady assisted me was so good and helpful l will recommend zandra was so good in terms of helping

Fantastic product
Received my Tracki last week. Set up was easy and support rang not long after to help with any questions. Can't wait to use this in my luggage in a few weeks time.***I have since returned the Tracki as it stopped working at Dubai airport. No amount of support helped or got it working and the customer service was slow to offer a refund. I did take up the refund But they did not refund my subscription (which I purchased 6 months in advance thinking I'll pop it on my vehicle once I land in NZ)So I'm still sixty odd euros out of pocket and that's not including the extra magnetic case I purchased (to attach to the underside of my vehicle) that I could not return because I am now residing in NZ and there are no drop off points for Amazon in NZ. So I'm another ten odd pounds down from that.Dont purchase, it's a dud
