Excellent product that does the job well. Efficiently keeps drinks hot until ready to drink. Easy to use - literally plug it in and touch the on button. Switches off when the mug is removed. After a few months, no accidents with burns etc so also safe for the average sensible person. Good value for money.

I have 3 of these now they are so good!I had one for my desk - fab, no more cold tea. So I bought one for the lounge - fab no more cold tea in there either. Finally got one for the conservatory - different make, nowhere near as good, didn't get as hot and it was luke warm tea in there. Gave it to my son who drinks his coffee cold and got another suewow. I have three and I have no cold tea in any room now. They really are good and I highly recommend.

Excellent purchase . It has three settings , I always have it on the hottest to keep my drinks hot , especially if you take a little longer to drink your hot drinks . Purchased several months ago and it’s still working . There is a cold setting , but I’ve never used it. Drinks do get hot , however, you can place on a medium setting for a warmer temperature.

Great product, keeps things warm as intended......HOWEVER, safety warning - obviously in order to keep the liquid warm, the product produces a lot of heat - DO NOT TOUCH THE HOTPLATE - it is very hot - like I said, obvious, but I still have been caught out.

This really is an amazing cup warmer! It works better than I ever expected. I’ve had it about 3/4 months and it’s completely shut off and flashes now:( gutted

I bought this for the stated purpose of keeping hot drinks warm and it’s good for that.BUT I had an idea for another purpose and it turns out that it’s brilliant for that! If you put it on the lowest heat and put a side plate on top, it’s very useful for something else altogether: I love to bake bread and do other stuff with fresh dough. I generally struggle to get my dough to rise due to a lack of somewhere that’s somewhere between 30 and 37c to leave it. It turns out that the lowest temperature setting on this is around 40c. I was making pizza dough and experimented by putting the freshly kneaded dough into a mixing bowl, covering with cling film and putting that on top of the plate I’d put on top of the cup warmer. The conditions, it turned out, were perfect. The dough rose magnificently and my resulting pizza was a triumph. So- not what I bought it for at all, but very useful indeed.

this little coffee warmer is amazing, medium(purple) is the sweet spot. keeps mug and coffee warm for hours. very happy with this purchase. have bought many in the past, but this one is far better than the other one's.

I purchased this for a white elephant gift swap and then tried like crazy to end up with it. I am so glad because it's fantastic! The temperature has 3 tap settings, hot, medium and keep warm and it's easy to understand and setup. The great part is that it's NOT USB but a regular plug which is great because I never have enough USB ports for all these gadgets. Large mugs fit as well as smaller teacups and everything sets securely, the safety feature is activated by pressure, if it's on and feels a mug on it then it will heat as specified but if a mug is removed and it's left on then it will turn off after a short time. It's kept my coffee hot for hours while I dealt with work from home calls, I have even ordered another one for my mom.

I bought this mug warmer because I wanted greater heat output than I was getting my older, cheaper model, and it didn't disappoint! I'm the kind of person who makes a big cup of tea in the morning and sips from it through the day, so I've just become used to drinking cold tea. But this mug warmer keeps it hot on the highest setting, even my larger mugs when they're full. (I'm not talking boiling-point hot, but definitely more than lukewarm.) And it also works to heat up a cup of tea that's gone cold sitting on a coaster somewhere. It's one of those small things that won't make or break anyone's life, but it's a genuine pleasure and I appreciate it as such. Also, I like the fact that it looks sleek and compact sitting on my desk. But one of the best things about this model is that the hotplate surface is completely flat and smooth right to the edges, which means you can put any size mug on it without fear that the base won't fit. I have three or four mugs with unusually broad bases and they all fit, no problem. For those of you who (like me) prefer a model that's simple to operate, this one comes with a single touch-control that cycles through the three heat settings as well as the off setting. After plugging it in, touch the icon once to turn it on and it automatically comes on at the highest setting; touch it again to lower the heat (2 or 3 taps) or turn it off (4 taps). The gravity sensor detects when you put your mug down or lift it off, so if the mug is off the warmer for more than a couple of minutes, the warmer turns off automatically so you don't forget about it and burn your house down. And apparently it will turn off after several hours of continuous use even if the mug is on the warmer, though I haven't had the chance to test that precaution yet. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful mug warmer with a high heat setting and room for big mugs! Definitely worth what I paid for it.
