I regret buying this IONIX Tap Extension. It’s completely made of cheap plastic and feels flimsy. While received and fixed to tap, the water flow got blocked, and hardly any water comes through. The so-called 720-degree rotation is loose and practically useless. On top of that, the coating started peeling off - looks cheap and worn out. The most frustrating part is the after-sales service. When I tried to return it here in amazon, I found there’s no return facility available. I tried the replacement option too, but it doesn’t work. It just keeps sending me to a ‘Troubleshoot on your own’ page — absolutely ridiculous! This is a total waste of money and time. Avoid this product at all costs!

Initially it confused later I could fit it once I removed all added fitments. They give so many options to fit any taps. Good product.

i thought it was made of steel but it's plastic but for the price it does the work it's suppose to do so no complain

Product is good but the quality is not as expected. Looks like plastic coated silver. Let's see how long it works good.

Damaged product. Appearance is good, but not easy to fix or use.

The product is claimed to be made of stainless steel but it's actually made of plastic. Other than that it works fine.

Have been using for a year without issues.
