This over the counter medications does a great job relieving the flu and cold symptoms while your trying to fight the virus and go along with your day. But remember, the best remedy for a cold or flu virus is plenty of rest and fluids. And maybe a little chicken soup won't hurt either. ;-)

I like DayQuil a lot. It relieves cough and cold symptoms without making me drowsy. It does leave my throat a little scratchy, but that's minor. What I didn't like about my Amazon purchase was the expiration date of the liquid caps. A box I purchased at the local pharmacy a couple months ago (small box in picture) had an expiration date more than a half year beyond the DayQuil I ordered on Amazon just a few days ago (larger box in picture). It would be nice if us buyers could know the expiration dates on Amazon meds before purchasing for a more informed decision.

I recently contracted COVID and one of the major symptoms I have is a sore throat. I ordered these bad boys, hoping to quell the massive pain and swelling in my throat so I could go about my day easier.Little did I know, these pills are large enough to feed an entire family in an African tribe. Not only that, but you're asked to swallow two of them WHOLE. Have you ever tried to cram a small log down your throat when it feels like someone took a razor blade to your esophagus? Not a pleasant experience and your body remembers it, so when you go and try to do the second one, it's going to fight you all the way, knowing you're an absolute dimwit for doing it twice. Not only did the pills not actually work, my body no longer trusts my brain to make rational decisions.I was able to get the first two down only to later realize you have to take two every FOUR hours. Lord almighty, what an awful experience to force upon yourself at least 4 times a day. Upon further investigation on the manufacturer, I realized these were created non other than by Satan himself, because who in the right mind designs a giant pill to be used as a remedy for sore throat?Unless of course, the target audience are the ladies of the red light district, but I really wish there was some warning about that.Anyway, not happy with the product.

DayQuil was the only medicine I could take during my bout with Covid19. Everything else made me even more sick. I had a severe case and DayQuil got me through.

I LIKED THE RESULTS OF THE PILLS, BUT FOUND IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE FROM THE PLASTIC WRAPPINGS OF THE INDIVIDULE PILLS.
