JBL Everest 110 in-Ear Wireless Bluetooth Headphones (Blue)

I purchased a set of JBL ear buds for my nephew last November and gave them to him Mid-June. They were new and sealed in box. They would not take a charge or operate. I tried everything. I contacted the seller just to see if I was missing anything. They gladly replaced them. We had the new pair within 4 days of contacting them. I was not calling for an exchange as I knew it had been to long for that. They went above and beyond my expectations!

***Update: sent a message to the seller who basically told me that this was Amazon's problem and they couldn't do anything to help me. Don't order from this seller. They will leave you in the dust with a useless piece of junk.I ordered this product at the end of February, got them, charged them and they sounded absolutely fantastic. They were a great set of headphones until the right earbud completely died about two months after I bought them. I use them three, sometimes, four times a week for a total of about 8 hours each time. I feel like if you're going to spend $100 that they should last you longer then two months. Not sure how to get ahold of the manufacturer or the seller, but I would like to exchange these for a brand new pair. And I just hope that they work longer than 2 months.

Very convenient, especially when working out. The sound quality is good.

Extremely disappointed.
