Taste is amazing, but impossible to open with out scissors
I posed the question how to open, it said to tear along the perforation. There are no perforations, or little tear notch. I tried to tear down from the top, used my teeth, everything, where is that sweet,sweet nectar? The top and bottom both are compressed, solid plastic. I read some reviews that said some leaked during shipping, they may have fixed that. I would rather have a few leak than have to find scissors every time. Not great for kids to do.

Some good, some not good
Two of the flavors were good but the Blueberry Pomegranate was awful. Bad texture, very hard with limited taste. I believe these are old, not eatable. Don't think I will buy these again
