I absolutely love Biomel Complete Gut powder. I was struggling badly with constipation after taking Mounjaro for weightloss and it was very uncomfortable. I had tried everything and nothing seemed to cure it. Did not want to take laxatives each week which had become the only way to cure this.I started using a very generous amount each day as I was desperate for quick results - more like 3 tablespoons and within a couple of weeks became more regular with my bowel movements. I have reduced the amount I take now to 3 teaspoons and it is still working. Would defiantly recommend giving this a try if you are suffering.I take 3 teaspoons in about 300ml of almond milk and mix in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and flaxseeds. I leave this overnight and it makes a sort of runny chocolate flavoured pudding. The taste is really good.I am on my third pack now and will continue to use as it is working so well.

Very pleasant product to use. I usually mix with Greek yogurt it’s delicious. It has really helped my gut feel settled, eased any discomfort and bloating plus I now go to toilet every day. Would recommend.

Just finished the first pack - it's helping but I can't take it every day as it upsets my stomach too much if I do. I am trying to work out the right amount to take so I can take it evenly each day. I have a strange side effect from taking it - I wasn't sure what was causing it but it's definitely this (as I stopped for a few days and it went) - not long after taking a dose, I get the smell of sour milk in my nose for the rest of the day.It's not the cure for my IBS but it's helping a bit. I think I will try the plain version this month.3 weeks in:Had to reduce the amount I was taking and stop for a few days. It's definitely helping but it a bit of a balancing act. Haven't had to use any laxatives since I started taking this which is a huge result. It's a bit annoying that the zip lock of the packaging ripped off after a couple of weeks.1 week in:I struggle with bloating and IBS to the point it causes me disruption to my life. I have found pre and probiotics to help in the past but they only seem to help for 2 or 3 months at time.I decided to give this a try and within a day I noticed the expected difference and improvements. Bloating has not been totally eliminated but reduced to a point where it's not painful at night which is my biggest issue. I haven't been constipated or needed to use laxatives at all (which helps you gut as they strip out the good stuff that's in there too). At the moment I am feeling better but almost like I could do with taking more frequently than once a day. I will possibly try this.The chocolate flavour is excellent - it's like a very nice hot chocolate powder. I think I am going to try the plain flavour as I could put it into more things - I would rather have it on my porridge than in my coffee.I have dropped a star to 4 for now until I see how it settles down longer term as I have had slightly better results in the past with other products - I am not sure that this is the fault of this product though as my IBS has been much more severe recently. A key point is that since taking this, I haven't had time take a cocktail of IBS medicines and that is really good news. I am wondering if I could start to take one of them again to improve the residual bloating. I will try to update this review in a couple of weeks.

Arrived today used once and easy to take and use

Was recommended by a friend as I was struggling with extreme bloating, she'd said it had taken away all her similar symptoms. However after trying this daily for a month I didn't see any changes so unfortunately I won't be buying it again.

I’d seen Biomel advertised on social media for ages but hadn’t taken much notice, and then the reviews I’d read sounded too good to be true. Then I saw it on offer on Amazon so thought I’d give it a try.I’ve suffered with IBS-c for years, constantly bloated and feeling full up, and if I went to the toilet it was once or twice a week. This has literally transformed my life!! I am only two weeks in but now go to the toilet every day, I also don’t have that horrible uncomfortable feeling of being full after eating a small amount.I can eat properly now without being up all night with stomach discomfort /cramps. The bloating has improved a little bit but I’m hoping this improves more the longer I use it. It’s so good that I’ve already ordered more because I don’t want to be without it.

Easy to mix as a cold drink with water or I like gluten free milk , really nice to drink and I have felt less bloated so I will continue taking it
