I thought I would try this for a month to see what happened, I got some results after a month, so I decided to try two months then decide whether to carry on. I am glad I did, because now I only have a hot flush very occasionally, if at all, and my sleep is loads better, back to normal, it hasn’t made any difference to my metabolism, but I have an inner greedy Labrador!!!It’s worth trying, but give it a couple of months, then buy on subscription because its cheaper.

I’m a little unsure as weather they are working or not as I’m also taking other supplements including Tribiotics , vit e, fish oils and magnesium before bed, I also wear a cbd patch, and use wild yam cream, yes I’m desperate for help and trying to get back to my old self somehow without the use of hrt.. I was taking health & her which are very good but these claim to be stronger. I have to say I have no more sweating, I still have to sleep with window open at night but much better, and my sleep is a little better also. I will continue on these but the price puts me off as does Holland & Barrett’s Tribiotics at £28 a time , it’s an expensive thing but when your desperate for help and cannot rely on gps there is no other choice but to try these things 😞

One week ago I didn't want to eat, talk or leave the house. All I want to so was sit on the sofa and sleep. I was severely depressed and suffered mood swings and had zero patience and felt like I was in a black hole.One week on I feel totally different less moody less depressed I'm leaving the house I'm not sweating, I feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel. All thanks to these tablets. I'm so grateful my husband found them for me.

Right firstly I took only 1 capsule a day not the recommended 2 to make the product last as then it was £30But now it's £34 it's too muchAnd it didn't seem to help much either .So I've changed to another brand of tablets which is £15And I only take 1 a day but alsoYes it doesn't have some of ingredients but this new one seems to work well.So I would recommend research before buying

3 weeks into taking just 1 tablet a day, hot sweats still with me, I have a fuzzy head daily, sleep pattern is worse and feeling tired all the time. Have asked for a list of potential side effects as cannot find them anywhere. also speaking to a doctor today.

I like everything back to my normal self. I was taking 2 for a month felt much better but I started feeling strange and dry mouth. Reduced to one and as good as new!Sleep like a baby, my stomach feels good to but the price...🙄

Hot flashes are back. This is the only change. I wouldn't buy it again.

Used this product sceptically but night sweats totally stopped after first use and menopausal anxiety massively reduced. Would recommend to anyone needing a solution.
