This was used with both large and small kibble dry food and had no issue with either. Haven't tried the larger food rotator, but I imagine if there were issues it'd be with the smaller one. I only use the camera and audio feature to check up on the cats when I hear a noise and am in the other side of the house, but has a good range, clear images, and clear audio both ways (clearer out of the feeder than in). Extremely handy for a weekend trip where our house-sitters were not available.

The product works if you set it up correctly. The batteries are not included, however it comes with a plug to outlet. The camera let you to see your pet when they nextby.

This pet feeder was very good deal for the price, we went with the model with the camera so we could make sure the feeder was working when we are traveling, the camera is not much use if you only want to see the pet since all you would see is a huge fuzzy head, however we set up a mirror opposite the feeder to verify there was a consistent food supply. This would have received a five star rating except the instructions and the app were not very clear to set up.

This is pretty decent but the set up is a little awkward/lacks instructions and the app doesn't always want to work.

A little bulky, but lots of nice features, and my cat hasn't been able to hack it.

It works very well and does everything I expected. The food is stored securely, it's easy to setup and change the times of meals, and my dog seems to love it. Every time it starts releasing food he runs over excitedly to eat.

Works as advertised. Just what we needed to keep the cats from waking us up at 5 a.m. The camera is good for a laugh or two as you watch your cats pig out.

Item works mostly as described, except food does not fall far enough into bowl instead it stays directly under the feeding unit itself. Also do waste 40 more dollars on the WiFi and camera as in order to work this function you must constantly reconnect to the internet in order to get signal, which in my case the feeder is about 60ft from the router and fails to link half the time. This is a great product and does what you'd expect - with a fairly easy set up (if you can read Chinglish). One fairly major criticism to point out is that essentially this has been built as two devices in one - or two computers in one. One is the webcam (which, with the app, allows you to dispense only 5g at a time - as a kind of treat). The other is a kind of 1980s microwave/bread machine computer which is a small black and white LCD panel where you have to programme meals and times and portions. This is totally disconnected from the app - so if you dreamed of scheduling/rescheduling meals and portions from your phone - this will not do that. It's more like as an emergency option, you can dispense food if you're late home or want to give a snack - but it's two gadgets in one - which both work well - but I think it's a fair assumption all these things would be unified in one single computer. That said, it works for our needs and resisted the attacks of our curious dog who thought it was a puzzle to try and break in and get the food!
