Great out of box experience. Machine looks new and has no signs of use. It came with an el cheapo wireless keyboard and mouse but for the price there are no complaints. It was a true virgin Windows 11 Pro experience, no bloatware and shovelware, just bare Win 11. I had it setup and all my stuff installed within 2 hours. With HDMI out I can view it on my50" TV, as well as my 24" curved desktop. These off lease business class PCs are the best kept secret. Why pay hundreds for a machine infested with shovelware when you can buy a PC like this with at least 4-5 more years of life for a fraction and get something that JUST WORKS. Corporate machines are also built to last, whereas the same thing from a consumer division of the same company falls apart in 2-3 years. If you just need a basic PC for web, YouTube, Office, etc this is the ticket. It will be easy to plug in and setup.

I think the machine is very good. Case is good quality, prices are great. But then, I got this with a keayboard were two keys were loose. Fortunatelly just pressing them was ok. But then no instructions how to use the wireless mouse. I found the dongle within the mouse and that worked. Keyboard did not. They offered me to ship a new keyoard again. Computer started with Win10Pro. Windows 11 was not installed as the title says and I am still struggling to get it downloaded. So, not "plug and play" but I think the machine is sturdy and will deliver.

So this will be hit or miss on obtaining a functional ThinkCentre. For me the first on that arrived was worked over with no display capacity regardless on the port. Returned it, the 2nd one arrive in two days and the condition was good and no issues with Win 11 or anything else. This was a replacement of an older system and the boot up speed is just amazing. I am using it for super basic stuff that need more security than Win 10 was offering. The keyboard and mouse are low quality battery consumers. Best to buy those separately to really have a good experience using it.

As with all Lenovo products, this Think Centre is a good computer. However, it is not equipped to work with wide-screen monitors. At least, not my LG wide-screen. I don't understand this because my previous computer is also a Lenovo tiny desktop and it DOES work with this type of wide-screen. I have looked for a patch without success. I believe it should be noted in the computer description if it has this type of limitation.

Item would not boot to the internal hard drive or a USB drive. Had some external physical wear and was missing the internal wireless antenna.

Connected to the display port, not sure about HMDI, replaced wireless card with A+E 2.5G Realtek card (10GTek) with RJ45 that screws into the knock out port on rear. Works great.

Fast shipping great little machine to connect to a TV for presentions.

Does not have wireless LAN/BT card, only a USB adapter that is barely usable. I’ve ordered the correct card and antennas to replace those. Otherwise works well. It came with a preload of Win11 Pro. Has an OEM SanDisk SATA SSD. Decent speed and very silent. Video is CPU integrated and should work well enough for the video/audio machine I wanted.
