Once you get the movement right the weight moves smoothly round the ring, it isn't silent but I didn't expect it to be. It is advisable to watch one of the YouTube videos which clearly explain how to use it for best results. My only issue is in removing the links but this is because I have osteoarthritis and I find it difficult to nip the ends of the links sufficiently to release them but if you have normal hand strength this won't be a problem. The plastic it's made from seems sturdy and the links don't nip or bruise the skin when in use, works fine over normal clothing. The weight is prefilled so no messing about with sand and the whole piece of equipment was very easy to put together with a set of clear instructions with pictures.There is a measuring tape and resistance band included in the nicely presented sturdy box. Overall I think it's good value for money and a good addition to any home gym equipment you already have or as a stand alone piece. It's fun to use especially if your one of those people who thought you would never be able to hula hoop I'm 57 and have poor balance and coordination skills but even I can do it.

Im currently trying to change my lifestyle, which includes more exercise, i have alot of weight to shift and i follow a few people that have had genuine results using weighted hoops. One of them 52lbs. So i thought id give it a go.I chose Swivel Pro because their prices are reasonable, the hoop looked very sturdy and comfortable, which i can vouch for, it absolutely is. It doesnt dig in or pinch as ive seen others do. Its also very easy to clip together!Today was my first day using it, so still yet to get the gist of the movements so it doesnt keep stopping 😅 but im so excited to start this journey and i cant wait to see results.I bought the extra pack of links (5) and swivel pro actually contacted me to let me know the price had gone down and told me to cancel my order and reorder for the lower price! They also sent me extra links as i knew i may need an extra 1 or 2 at no added cost. I will definitely be recommending this brand as they really care for their customers. Thank you 💜

Was skeptical about buying this but so glad I did- easy to use and set up.A little boisey which can sometimes be jarring but it’s a great little work out buddy!

Absolutely amazing results after having used this Hula Hoop for only a few weeks...I work it whilst watching tv and you wouldn't believe how time flies past...It's great fun to use as well...I'm a timmer happier lady ☺

I like the idea. You just need to be constant!It comes with plenty of links to choose a lose or tight loop. This means that if/when one breaks (fingers crossed) you have spare ones to use.It's a bit noisy so I just put the volume up when watching telly.It's incredibly boring to spin it around for half an hour so I do slots of 10 min: high waist, then I add one link: low waist, then one more: high hips. Not sure if that works like 3 in 1 or I'm just working 1/3... Time will tell.

Came well packaged, think the tape measure and resistance band is a handy extra. Was easy and quick to put together. Tried it out today for 30 mins and it took a while to get used to and get into the rhythm but it was fun and I had music playing which made it even better! I do feel like I’ve had a gentle workout without doing much so 🤞🏼 it helps to lose the weight and inches! 🙂

Was really good but after 8 months of use the parts inside broke
