Can you refrigerate to make it last longer than 3 weeks?

You don’t need to refrigerate it, I keep mine on the counter and it stays good for three months. Dunkin Donuts does not refrigerate theirs either.

Is tge consistency of this caramel good for pouring into a chocolate fountain appliance?

Not sure. All I can say is, like the regular one and if u not using it for like every day don’t get it I open my a moth later and it was moldy
