Fun to use & quick clean
I went to the doctor a bit over 6 months ago because of ear pain, itch, and muffled sound. They mentioned I had ear infection and not use any q-tips or anything in my ear because it aggrivates the ear. They said my itch was possibly caused by some stuck earwax. I got professional cleaning, and they mentioned to come back every 6 months for ear cleaning, but doctor visits are too expensive. It's been a bit over 6 months and the itch came back again, so I decided to look for an ear irrigation system instead of going to the doctor. Well, it was scary at first, but it was very easy to use. It tickels a bit, so I started with the soft mode. I cleaned it by leaving it vinegar for a few minutes and rinsing out. I think instructions could be clearer on how to care or sterilize the noozles. I also still wonder if the bottle is microwave safe and the other items as well, to double sterilize. Another thing I wished it have but not a big deal is a case to store the irrigation in. There was no pain or irritation for the diy solution given in the instructions. My itch is gone and it's a quick clean!

Feeling extra clean
I've seen a few videos on IG of people having these done by like their barbers or something and I was shook, by the amount, sizes and colors of the gunk that came out of people's ears. Of course these only left me curious as to whether or not they actually work. To my surprise it does! I was a little timid for fear of causing pain but the water flow is actually quite gentle and didn't cause any pain nor discomfort. It does feel a little strange at first but you'll definitely get used to it. It certainly cleared some gunk out of all of our ears and left me feeling extra clean.

discomfort
I recently purchased the Ear Wax Kit and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the product seemed very cheaply made and definitely not worth the price. The packaging looked like it had been previously used and was not in the best condition. However, the most disappointing aspect of this product was how uncomfortable it was to use. Despite the LED light and 3 water pressure modes, I found the ear irrigation system to be very difficult to operate and it caused a lot of discomforts. Overall, I cannot recommend this product as it did not meet my expectations and was not worth the money.

It works!
In addition to this product I bought the little pen camera that hooks to your phone so I could see my ear wax. I used this device to flush out my ears and it worked perfectly. Combined with the camera I was able to see my own wax and check on it every few rinses to see where I was in the process... It took about three flushes (10 mins max) to flush out my wax build up. The pressure on high was perfect and I was never uncomfortable. I am glad I bought this product and would recommend it to others!

Crazy
I was afraid to even use this, the word physician was spelled wrong on the box. I threw it away. The only reason I gave 3 stars was for the customer service. They offered to replace or refund, and quickly.

Interesting product, trying on my son so less wax in his hearing aids
I've been seeing these irrigation cleaners for a while, and finally decided to get one. My son has hearing aids, and it seems that despite what we do, the wax from his ears clog the tubing. This usually results in a trip the the doctor to get the tubing replaced. I'm hoping this will help with that issue.I'm using it on my own ears till I am comfortable with the 3 pressure settings. I like setting 2 but it still seems a little weak. Setting 3 is better but takes a little getting used to. Easy to use, once you get the buttons figured out. For my son, I can see using only level 3. We'll be trying it this weekend on his ears. I suspect this will be a challenge. But I'm not sure that even that may have enough pressure to work. We'll be taking this along to his audiologist appointment for the doctor to evaluate it.There are additional tips, so each member of the family will be able to have their own tip. We'll be using small plastic containers with the person's name on it to keep them separated. I would recommend making sure to use warm water, and as several other reviewer mentioned, using over the sink or in the shower. We've been lucky not to have an full fledge wax blockage, so we don't use any type of wax softener. But if you do use a softener, I would suspect that you would want to put that in prior to trying the cleaner. The current price is about $ 52 for the kit. Seems like a fairly reasonably price for everything that is included.
