These Tenmiro LED lights ended up being way better than I expected for the price, and the 100ft length is no joke. I wanted something to give the room that “gaming / movie night” look without spending a lot, and these did exactly that with strong colors and way more coverage than the shorter strips I’ve tried before. The adhesive on the back of the strip grabbed onto painted walls and around corners with no problem as long as the surface was dust-free. I ran mine along the top edge of the wall and around a doorway, and it bent around the corners without cutting out or peeling. The strip is lightweight but doesn’t feel flimsy, and once you press it in firmly it stays put. If you make a plan before you peel the backing, you can cover a whole room perimeter with one kit. Brightness and colors are where these really shine. On full brightness, the room is noticeably lit, not just a little glow in the background. The colors are bold and respond quickly when you change them using the remote or app, and the different modes (solid, fade, flash, music sync) all work like they should. For late-night use I usually drop the brightness and pick a softer color like warm white or blue, and it instantly changes the mood of the space without messing with my eyes. Compatibility with the remote and control options has been solid. The remote is simple enough that kids can use it, but you still get a lot of choices for colors and effects. The music-reactive mode is fun for parties or gaming, because the lights pulse with the sound instead of just sitting there. As long as the control box is placed in a spot where the remote can “see” it, the response time is quick and you’re not stuck clicking buttons over and over. A: For a standard-size bedroom, yes, 100ft is usually enough to run around the ceiling and still have extra to come down a wall or frame a TV or desk area.
