HIGHLY Recommend for constipation
This product is a go to favorite in our household. My grandmother has delt with a life time of constipation and since starting to take just one of these a night she is hardly ever constipated anymore. We haven't seen any negative side effects and its tasteless! The pill size isn't to bad and its soft shelled so easy to swallow. The only real side effect is that you arnt so backed up anymore! The main attractant of these pills is that they are made with all natural ingredients which makes them very gentle. No one has the side effect of pooping their pants here and it dosnt cause crazy weight loss! As you can tell from the photo it gets used and re bought often!

Dependable & effective
I have used this product for over 2 years. It is my go to to keep me regular. Most nights I only take 1 pill, but on occasion I need 2 pills. For the most part this works very gently, but occasionally I will experience some mild cramping. I have tried the fibers, miralax and a variety of pro-biotics, but due to the constipating side effects of my medications, this has proven to be the most dependable, effective and gentlest product I've used. I highly recommend it.

This is amazing. You only need one pill and it works overnight. Taken at bedtime in the morning Yuko. It’s so nice to stay regular and literally keep all that crap all your belly. I mean who wants to carry crap in your belly belly all day long. It’s toxic and gross. I recommend this to anyone… love it. Take it at night when you go to bed. Do not take it in the morning or daytime.

I possibly could give this product 5 stars, however I found the results to be variable. Truth be told that could just be my body. I use this instead of Senna or other OTC products. The natural ingedients make it my go to. Will continue to use.
