This is perfect for our blowup hot tub
We bought the outdoor blow up hot tub. Which is absolutely amazing, bought it on Amazon. Get it!!!! I use chlorine and this tub of chlorine is a great price. This tub of chlorine is hard to open which is a good thing. You don’t need a lot for the hot tub so this lasts about 8 months I believe. Possibly more I’ll double check. With the hot tub that we use at least 3 times a week….we put a very small amount in every 3/5 days depending on what your test strip says. Test strips we bought on Amazon as well. I test every time before going in or if not used for a few days. Because you do not want your water to go green. If you monitor the water and prevent it from going green than this will last a long time. If it does happen to go green. You will need maybe a 1/4 cup day 1. If still Green Day 2, 1 more 1/4 cup. Day 3 should be green. You don’t want to use too much otherwise it’ll be over chlorinated for several days and you can’t go in. So a little bit a time.

Just fantastic
Purchasing a hot tub or spa often comes with an anticipation of relaxation and luxury, overshadowing the less glamorous aspect of maintenance. While the electrical costs are commonly considered, what often goes unnoticed until later is the investment in ongoing chemical treatments. For example, a mere pound of chlorine, seemingly inexpensive, can surprisingly cost upwards of $20 at most retailers, including Amazon—a stark contrast to the expected $6. In my experience, maintaining my spa requires two to four ounces of chlorine per use. Additionally, it's necessary to employ non-chlorine shock treatments intermittently, among other chemicals, to ensure the water's cleanliness and safety. This discovery led me to seek more economical options without compromising on quality. Fortunately, I found this brand offers the same high-quality chemicals I previously purchased from local suppliers but at a more affordable price. Given the inherently high costs of spa chemicals, opting for this brand is a wise choice. A word of caution: avoid using pool chemicals in your hot tub, as they can damage the pumps, liner, and potentially cause chemical burns. It's essential to understand that these products are not interchangeable.
