I’ve been using this Olay Vitamin C MAX moisturizer for a couple of weeks now and I’m impressed by how well it performs. The weight of the cream is just right—not too heavy, so it layers easily under my makeup or SPF, but substantial enough to feel like it’s doing something meaningful overnight. The texture absorbs quickly, and I don’t wake up greasy or with product on my pillow. One of my favorite parts is the scent—it has a pleasant citrus-fresh aroma that’s noticeable without being overpowering. It makes the nightly skincare routine feel a little luxe, which is a nice bonus. So far, my skin feels more hydrated and has a bit more glow. I haven’t seen dramatic results yet (brightening and tone-evening claims often take a month or more) but I’m definitely on board with continuing. If I have to mention a small improvement: because it is scented, I’d suggest patch-testing if you have very sensitive skin or prefer fragrance-free. Other than that, this moisturizer checks my boxes. Balances out the natural oils in my skin, brightens skin appearance. It’s Also moisturizing gives the skin a very soft, plump and glowy texture. I believe with this moisturizer you don’t need a glow serum only if you want to appear extra dewy. I believe this a gentle form of vitamin c if you have sensitive skin. And I also believe this was curated for oily skin texture and it does the job.

So, I have a pale brownish spot on my cheek, too much sun in my youth. I’ve had it burnt off at the dermatologist’s office a few times only to have it reappear in time. On a lark I tried this brightening moisturizer and I already see it lightening in a week. It’s not gone but it’s faded. I’m hopeful that it might fade even more in time. Bonus, moisturizer is quite nice and has a pleasant mild fragrance.

I like this cream, makes my face feel silky, soft. It's smooth and blends in easily, not like others that makes you feel you're rubbing you skin off. The price could be cheaper especially for people on tight budgets.

After using for nine days now my face is moisturized, looks brighter, my skin tone has evened out. No visible wrinkles seen anymore. Using along with a sunscreen each morning and Olay Retinol 24.
