I ordered the Dove Body Cleanser together with the Dove Pre-Cleanse Shower Butter, as recommended. My mum and I have always loved Dove shower gels, body creams, and lotions. Both the body butter and cleanser are destined for dehydrated skin, boosting the skin’s moisture and fortifying its protective barrier. It contains magical anti-ageing and moisturising ingredients, including moringa oil and hyaluronic acid. I actually take hyaluronic acid supplements, so I am happy to support my well-being from inside and out.Because I ordered the products together, I was able to experiment. I massaged the body butter onto my wet skin. And I followed with the body cleanser. The first evening, I applied the body butter and rinsed it off before using the cleanser. Tonight, I applied the body butter but did not rinse it off. I pumped the cleanser on my body puff and used it directly over the butter. Oh, well …! It started lathering very well, a luxurious later like in a spa. The smell is divine and suspends you in a magical world. My skin felt relaxed, soft and happy after the shower. Now, whether you want to use any body cream or lotion afterwards is your choice. I did not use anything the first time, and my skin maintained that relaxed feeling. Tonight, I applied a light Dove body lotion, which also feels magical. Experiment and see what makes you feel the best. If you do not have the time for it, you can stick to the two combined Dove butter and cleanser, and your skin will still be soft and moisturised due to the serum contained. I am also convinced you could use the cleanser by itself and still get a lovely feeling and smell on your skin. However, it does work synergistically with the body butter.The containers/ tubs are of a considerable size, 517 ml, and you do not need to use much product. The effect and smell are spectacular when the butter is combined with the cleanser without a rinse in between. I am always happy to recommend Dove, and this body cleanser makes no exception. I wholeheartedly endorse it!

So I find this product very confusing. It’s not a body wash, as it doesn’t lather up, but then it’s not a moisturiser, as it’s so thick and leave a thick residue in my skin, so I’ve found the best way is to wash your body with your normal wash, then use this body cleanser, and rinse off.I’m not blown away by the smell, I love dove and I’m used to the ‘classic’ dove smell.My skin does feel great after use but I think it’s just not for me, it’s very expensive, you do get 3 huge bottles with a nice pump dispenser. But I would absolutely recommend if you have very dry skin to give it a go!

This pack of x3 Dove Body Love Age Embrace Cleanser comes in a plain cardboard box. Each pump bottle contains 517ml and is aimed at restoring dry and dehydrated mature skin as the second part of a two-step skin care regime (the first step being the body butter in the same range).The cleanser is infused with both peptide serum and pure glycerin as well as vitamin C – I to do consider these as face care ingredients rather than overall body skincare but they should encourage more supple and firmer looking skin. The cleanser doesn’t contain any sulfates and is plant based.The cleanser definitely did make my skin feel very soft and moisturised but I did use it as part of the two-step process so I can’t decide if it’s the combination or the individual products, either way it's definitely a moisture boost! The cleanser itself also smells incredible, it is very fragranced and personally I love this! It lingers on the skin for a good amount of time afterwards.I found it really easy to dispense the cleanser onto my shower puff and didn’t need more than two pumps to cover my entire body. The serum is thick in consistency, and it lathered well with plenty of foam.Priced at £21.99 with a £4 off voucher valid until 30th November 2022 which works out at £6 / bottle. Considering the size of these bottles (it should last ages!) and the luxurious experience it provides I would say this is fairly priced and since I use Dove bath and shower products anyway, I will definitely be repurchasing from the Body Love range particularly as it is PETA approved!

I was really happy to try this 'Age Embrace' shower cleanser by Dove as I've used their products many times in the past and you feel it's a name you can trust. It's great that you get 3 large bottles in the pack as it means they will last you a good while. I'm still on my first bottle and have been using it daily for the past couple of weeks. The smell is what I would call a bit 'foodie', like a nice sweet desert kind of smell. It comes out in a creamy texture and I find I need to use four pumps onto a shower puff in order to have enough for my whole body. It lathers really well and feels lovely. As I say, I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and have to say my skin does feel nice, soft and hydrated.I must admit I usually tend to go for fruity or fresh scents when it comes to shower gels etc, but I have no problem with the smell of this one. It feels quite luxurious actually.At the time of this review, the price is £21.99, which works out to £7.33 per bottle. Expensive? I'm not sure really as these are big bottles which should last a long time, and the actual cleanser itself does a great job. I'd be happy to recommend this trio and give it the full 5/5

Dove age embrace with peptides lathers like a cream and rinses easily, it's so gentle that i even use this on my face every morning and night, the fragrance is a spicy floral that might not be to everyone's liking but smells expensive. I am so impressed buy this product I have ordered three more bottles so I do not run out. Works for me.
