For reference, my usual T-shirt size is XL, but I bought this in XXL, which feels much more comfortable and gives a better fit. I’d suggest considering one size up if you prefer a more relaxed and comfortable feel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something like this.

More of a vest than a body shaper
My son bought this expecting it to have some shaping and compression, but it really just feels like a fitted vest. Doesn’t seem to do much in terms of shaping. Not particularly impressed.
