Beautiful
When this plant bloomed, it was beautiful. Rich dark ruby red flowers. First bloom was nine flowers, second bloom was four. I am planting this in my garden this month in a space where we will be able to see the blooms. Can’t wait,

Healthy bulb and the flowers are amazing!
Amazingly beautiful flowers. Bloomed in less than a month and appears to be putting out another stem for flowers! Love it.

Gorgeous blooms!
I am beyond pleased with these bulbs. I bought one last year which had two beautiful blooming stalks. I bought two more this year; one of them has three blooming stalks and the other has four!

Received smashed into mush
Received today in a UPS bubble mailer. Inside, the bulb was rolled up inside a plastic UPS bag. I couldn't tell from feeling it what it was supposed to be but it sure didn't feel like a bulb. I opened it, reached in and it was very wet, and the bulb had been badly smashed and was all soggy mush. These are now sold out and there's no other to replace it. I paid a lot for this and sure expected better. I bought 2 other bulbs this week that were well packed in cardboard boxes in perfect condition. This thing STINKS, and I have to return it... the employees at STAPLES will just love me for leaving it with them this week. Gross.

Buy early in season when available.
I waited to do a review to see how the bulb would perform, it bloomed beautifully with multiple stalks, four actually!. The reason I knocked a star down on the review is because the bulb didn't look too good when I got it, it had some powdery mildew all over the base and a little on the side. It had basically all roots trimmed completely off and bulb appeared to be damp too long so condition was questionable. I bought this after the usual season was over so I did expect that it wouldn't be in optimal condition.

Amazing Color and Blooms
Amazing Color The stem has "6" blooms on it...and...they are all perfect. Buy them when available...they are worth the money.
