This belt it has incredible comfort when wearing. It doesn't matter if you are a large lad or not it will fit you and doesn't need extra holes like other belts.It can be worn under any clothes when exercise or around home, also can help to lose some weight when exercise.Very practical while holding babies in your arms it doesn't create any discomfort for you or for the baby, it molds to the body plus no problems when bending down or doing any activities.Overall the belt is very easy to use and has a reasonable price but if you want to lift heavy weights you should consider extra support.

I'm not convinced this works to be honest. I have noticed much difference in my waist whilst wearing this, and to be honest I get that the whole idea is to sweat and drop weight by using this in a targeted area - a bit like when a boxer wears a sweat suit to get down/ make his/ her weight for weigh in. I find the waist trimmer comfortable(ish) to wear, it hasn't given me any sweat rash or anything, and the material feels of good quality. I'm just not convinced this is good for my personal weight loss journey, as I feel like i'm just losing retained water through sweat and not actually any of the fat cells that are in the waist area - if that makes sense. For this reason I've deducted stars. I just think its a bit gimmicky for what it actually suggests it does. Personally, I trialled it and i'm not too convinced that it's a good way/ sustainable way to lose weight in the long run; as there is simply no short cuts when it comes to losing weight healthy and efficiently, in my personal opinion.

This belt is very soft and is made out of nice squishy material so it feels comfortable on my body. I really like the fact that you can cut it and trim it to your desired size but I’m fine with the size that came. I also like how the Velcro sticks to any part of it so there isn’t a specific place that you need to put it. I’m really happy with this product.

Putting it on is pretty simple, you just wrap it around your belly area and smooth down the Velcro at the end.The compression wrap can be wrapped around as tight or as loose as you want, as it has varying fastening Velcro lines for fastening together. Once on, it feels comfortable but also that it’s holding everything in tightly and assisting with waistline training.When being worn, it doesn’t prevent me from being able to do pretty much everything she would usually do in the gym. It also doesn’t irritate or annoy whilst doing stretches and exercises, but its presence does make you feel everything is working harder.The fabric is obviously very stretchy, but it’s also thick and feels robust and long-lasting. In fact, the whole thing feels like a good quality product that will last for years’ worth of use. As such, I would definitely recommend it.

I am slightly disappointed as this is not the same product as is advertised in the pictures. The pictures show that the waist trainer has a zip on it that can be adjusted to different sizes. The product that I received doesn’t have this, it’s just a wrap around piece of material. You can adjust the size as it’s just a Velcro like material.The waist trainer did feel comfortable to wear and fitted my UK size 14 / 16 body well

I was all set to give this a decent review as the material is of good quality, it fits my fat belly 46inch with ease and sticks no probs, but i noticed on the packaging it states the following with its own warning, see video..."california prop 65 warning: this product contains chemicals known to the state of california to cause CANCER and REPRODUCTIVE or DEVELOPMENTAL HARM, i'm not entirely sure what that means, how can you sell a product that has even 000000.1% of risk of cancer, well as soon as i seen that it went straight to bin.
