Fast delivery but does not work.
Fast delivery and arrived well packaged by Amazon. Batteries not included. Remote control is lightweight, sturdy and good quality. I installed x2 AAA batteries as required. The remote control was able to connect with our Toshiba smart television immediately. It was able to power TV on or off. It was able to operate volume. It was able to change source. It was able to choose Sky. It was able to control Netflix. It was NOT able to control YouTube? This was my only reason for choosing this remote. The dedicated YouTube button. No operating or programing instructions provided in package? I have reached out for help from seller. Amazon have begun returns process. Most confused?

Works reasonably well
Does what it is intended for and it works reasonably well. The only thing is, if I’m scrolling on Netflix too much it stops working, like it loses connection or something. I’m using it through a fire stick so I don’t know if that has something to do with it. A little bit over priced I think. I paid £12 in total for it and honestly, 8 quid would have been a bit more reasonable for the above reason. Compatibility: always check your TV make and model on your TV to make sure it’s compatible. Quality: Just simply plastic casing with rubber buttons, nothing fancy. Ease of use: Easy to use, until you’re on Netflix, you better choose what to watch before the clicks run out! Why did you choose this product over others?: Because it’s compatible with my TV Buttons functionality: work fine
