This flat iron has been in my saved for later for months. Everyone on the internet recommends this flat iron, but I thought it was a bit on the pricey side. This is the highest tier of flat iron I have ever used, and it produced PROFESSIONAL results. Results were giving SILK, bone straight and smooth hair. It lasted so long. For reference, I have waist-length high-density fine 3c/4a natural hair with highlights. I had zero heat damage, and I blow-dried my hair with my Dyson using the comb attachment and then flat ironed my hair on 380 degrees. I did one pass using the chase method with a fine-tooth comb. Now I have to stop myself from wearing only straight hair. Do yourself a favor and pull the trigger on this purchase! It is worth every penny!

I’m a Hispanic female with textured hair( thick, wavy and curly) definitely a 3A/3B and enough hair for two women! The flat iron is in a class by itself. I have a HSI ceramic plated flat iron that I’ve used for over 12 years if not more. The temperature setting that I used is 380 and 2-3 passes to get my hair straight. With the Prima it’s 340 and only two passes! It’s hot and new users need to be careful around ears and hairlines! Prima is amazing but should be paired with heat protection!

I have thick wavy hair and it works great on my thick hair, heats up within seconds easy to use If you have thick hair get the 1 1/2 inches it’s a perfect size for thick curly hair

I’ve had very long hair since I was a little girl. When I was twelve, I started straightening my hair with affordable irons I bought at mall kiosks. Last year, I bought an expensive Balmain iron, but it was a joke, so I decided to buy a brand without considering the price. I found that BabyBliss is highly rated, so I gave it a try. The irons I’ve owned have ceramic plates and work fabulously. However, this BabyBliss Tourmaline did nothing for my hair! My mistake was not using it right away, so I was very disappointed with the contradictory results compared to what I read on Amazon. I returned it the same day I “used” it, and it will take a month to complete the return and refund process. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.

It’s a great product, easy to use and worth the money you spend on it

This flat iron does a fantastic job of straightening my hair—it leaves my hair sleek, smooth, and frizz-free. I also love that it offers different temperature levels, so you can adjust to what works best for your hair type. However, **be very cautious** when using it because it gets extremely hot, and I’ve accidentally burned myself twice. There’s no edge protection, so all the edges are hot, which makes it tricky to avoid burns, especially near the scalp. Definitely use heat protection spray, and take your time to find the right temp for you. Overall, it’s an excellent tool for straightening, but handle with care!

Works ok. I bought it as it was recommended by a 'hair stylist' I don't use it to curl my hair, so it was kind of a waste of money.
