How is the customer service?

How is the adjustability of the chair? Is it comfortable?

I have researched for most brands and Ticova has most adjustability compared with other brands, especially for the 3D metal armrests and lumbar support. It is really comfortable for me.

I bought this chair few months ago and it is super comfortable. The current armrest has been changed to 3D armrest. How is it?

This is real 3D armrest made of plated steel. Looks very durable and fashion, this is quite different with the other brands' plastic armrest. The paddings are soft as well.

Can the chair hold seat height and gaslift? Have the noise, parts breakage or missing, thin seat and back angle issues been corrected?
