Works great in a closet by our bathroom. Pretty small and no light. Easily bright enough to make the room easy to use. I just hung it from the door trim because I don't trust the glue on the back. The disk that is magnetic to allow easy removal to recharge I had to use a nail to mount because the glue on the back is too weak. I really like the brightness and because they are so bright I'm surprised the charge lasts a long as it does. We go into this closet 10 times or so a week and yet it goes 3 months between charges.

Was looking for an under sink light solution that wasn't going to break the bank. We have two outlets under the sink: one doesn't work at all and the other is connected to the switch for the disposal...so plug-in lights weren't an option. I had recently used some rechargeable magnetic LED bar lights in our front closet to light it up so I decided to give this a try. Glad I did! You can see the difference these made! I cleaned up the spots for the adhesive strip with some rubbing alcohol on a rag and figured out wire placement before installing everything. Then I set the battery pack to charge while I got to work sticking it down. Stuck on to wood very well and came with 2 small clips, which I used to do some cable management. The battery pack came with a small disc magnet that sticks to the wall/cabinet with a provided double sided tape piece, then the battery pack magnetically sticks to it. If you need a recharge: just unplug the light strip and pull the pack off the base, plug in to a micro usb cable. Took a couple hours to fully charge but it hasn't been recharged for closer to 2 months now (still going strong). So convenient! I placed it off to the side so that it will detect movement within but no accidental triggering from outside movement (photo of light around cabinet doors is after opening the cabinet but before timer goes off, just to show how bright they are). I also set it to 30sec and it's very bright! Definitely going to be getting more of these for our pantry and maybe the linen closet!!

Took one star off because sometimes the motion sensor when there is some daylight does not work as well. Otherwise this is prefect for closets. Really brightens it up and allows you to see what you have.

I love these lights. I got them for my dog ramp to basically create some kind of light to help her be able to go up and down the ramp because she’s developed vision issues. And I wanted her to be able to see better where the gray floor started and the ramp ended. So I got these lights. I wanted it to be motion sensitive so that they turned on when she got up to them so she could see them going up but also when she see them going down. And they ended up working out great I didn’t put them pointing directly up like a runway. I actually had done some research and read that I should put them on the inside of the lower part of the ramp so they were pointing in towards the actual walkway and kind of highlight in the walkway for. They worked out great. I love the fact that I can literally charge it the charging pack I was able I’m able just to unhook. It comes a little clips to secure the wiring so that all I’ve gotta do is unhooked the sensory pack plug it in charge it and let you know when it’s charged and it’s blue. And then it comes with a magnet piece to where all you gotta do is stick the sensor onto the magnet and plug it in and it stays it works great. It really has helped them. It really has helped my dog Roxy with her being able to walk up and down the right better the stairs that I had got her or just they seemed a little bit more difficult. I did learn that I did have the ramp to go sideways up against the bed and that seemed more difficult for her to turn around in, so I actually pointed it going straight out and just had the rails up and the lights really made that point it straight out made it definitely better. But having the lights really has made a big difference as well. They’re bright enough to where your dog would be able to see and it really helped but they’re not blending in. So if you’re thinking about any kind of lights like this to help with your dog these definitely help. I’m actually gonna be getting something like these and puck form to put all around the base of the place to kind of help her too. And I’ll actually end up ordering more to kind of put other places just for sensory lighting. But these worked wonders for the purpose that I needed them to.

Purchased this for my closet so I'd have light whenever I opened it and it works great. It's bright enough and the motion detection gets me every time. I wish the battery lasted a bit longer, but it still gets me a few weeks which is good. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I loved this light when I first put it up. Bright but not glaring. Provided a nice even light for the whole closet. The motion detection was a little... sensitive. The motion detector picked up movement across the room. It was set on "night time" so it should only come on when it's dark and there is motion but I found it was consistently coming on during the daytime. I had to charge it after only a week. So I moved the sensor so it faced the back of the closet. I also reduced the timer to the shortest setting - 15 seconds. That worked for about a week. When the light stopped working I thought it just needed to be charged again. I charged it. Put it back up and it worked for a day. Now there's no light regardless of the setting. And of course it's beyond the return window. Grrr.

Added this to an unlit laundry closet. Worked as expected except the unit required recharge in less than one week. Disappointing.

We are delighted with these lights in our pantry. We’ve had them about a month and a half. They were easy to mount to the door frame. I cleaned it first with water, then alcohol. They are stuck firm so far. And they light the whole pantry excellently, as you can see in the pictures. We charged the battery as soon as it arrived in mid-June, installed the lights and, despite daily use, have not had to charge the battery again until early August. Very impressive. I was overly cautious about where I put the motion sensor since I didn’t want it going off if we left the door open. I mounted it pointing away from most of the actual motion. Hence, I have to wave at it or tap it to get the lights to go on. Which isn’t much of a problem. Overall, we could not be happier with the lights and the battery life. We are ordering another set. Highly recommend!
