I’ve always had low iron and this is the only one that genuinely stopped my fatigue, hair loss and ringing noise in my ears. At some point it was out of stock and I panicked thinking it was never going to come back in stock. I am very pleased with this brand as it is gentle on the stomach and doesn’t have a blood taste or smell after swallowing.

I have know doubt that if I had continued to take these iron capsules my iron levels would improve, but for me unfortunately I got stomach cramps, but that's just me.. they may be helpful for others. Improve energy, easy to swallow no after taste. Obviously a well made product.

Amazing 🤩 Very gently on stomach , no harsh after effects, I take every other day with vit.C or orange juice & after years of anemia & fatigue, these have made an incredible difference.

Having been on iron for years this is the only thing to bring me levels up quickly. The NHS cant prescribe these as they aren't authorised as medical, they are a food supplement

This was one of two iron supplements I was taking through several months and got my ferritin from 30s to 80s. So it worked. I continue to take it for 3-5 days monthly as it is easy on my stomach. Another one was ferrofumaraat 200, but that one I only could take 1-2 times a week (unhappy stomach). Anyhow, this combination helped.

Prodotto molto efficace, facilmente digeribile e assimilabile (non da fastidio allo stomaco come altri tipo di ferro). Lo consiglio. Ovviamente non assumere alla leggera, ma monitorando i livelli nel sangue con le analisi. In eccesso, il ferro è pericoloso.

Je prends ce complément de fer bisglycinate depuis une quinzaine de jours et je suis très satisfaite. Le choix du fer bisglycinate est un vrai avantage : c’est une forme généralement mieux tolérée que le fer classique, et je n’ai eu aucun inconfort digestif, ce qui est rare pour ce type de produit. La présence de vitamine C naturelle provenant de l’acérola est un plus, car elle aide à améliorer l’absorption du fer. Les gélules sont petites, faciles à avaler. Côté ressenti, après un mois, j’ai noté une meilleure énergie au réveil et moins de sensation de fatigue en fin de journée. Bien sûr, les effets peuvent varier selon chacun, mais le dosage semble cohérent et efficace. Meiner Meinung nach wirken sie super. Ich war ständig müde und es wurde herausgefunden, dass ich einen Eisenmangel habe. Set ich die Kapseln regelmäßig nehme geht es mir gut.
