Well Made
The heater is good quality, the aluminium heat exchanger has no flash on the casting unlike the Kroak, made by hcalory an all in one item, that I purchased recently, it looks like it has been sand blasted. Easy to install but the instructions are not the most comprehensive. I see a lot of reviews saying the remote has no batteries and there is no information on what size battery is required, I must be lucky as mine came with a battery installed and worked immediately without any need to pair. It kicks out a lot of heat even on the lowest setting. I will be trying to unlock more features on the controller to see exactly what is available. All in all this seems like a good product and at the moment I'm quite happy with it, in any case the spares are inexpensive and the units are easy to maintain and there are a lot of how to videos on You tube.

Great heater, worked well
I fitted this heater in my Vauxhall Vivaro and installed it under the passenger double seat. I recently used it for 5 days whilst staying in the campervan. It was a bit tricky to install and had to buy a turret and modify it to fit. Also the fuel tank that is supplied was too big and I couldnโt find a suitable place to install it. I bought a smaller 2.5 litre tank which was more suitable. The seller should give the option of what size tank you require and the option to buy a turret. The instructions supplied should be revised. It was only after trying to prime the heater and fiddling about that I found the priming button for the pump on the display. No mention in the instructions about this. The jubilee clips are poor quality and should be swapped before installing. Despite the issues I mentioned, the heater worked good after the initial start up which bellowed out white smoke. I start the heater on 3 and after turn it down to number 1 which gave off ample heat even when it was 4 degrees outside. The little remote fob works ok and also the display panel. It was using approximately 1 litre of diesel per day.

Quite. Easy to install. Just make sure to bleed the fuel system before 1st use
This is the 2nd one of these diesel heater I have purchased. First one is installed in the landrover and it makes an amazing difference. Got the control unit with the remote fob. Only downsides are the range is quite limited but a new battery in the transmitter might solve this. Also you don't get any feedback that the heater has received the on command. I am going to wire a visible led to the fuel pump wires so that I get a visual feed back that it has started so that won't be an issue in the future. It's quite in operation, just need to properly insulate the fuel pump so that the clicking pumping doesn't resonate through the vehicle body. Using the exhaust silencer you wouldn't know it was running apart from the warm air coming out. It smoked for the first hour of running but since then you wouldn't know it was on. This one is going in the caravan to supplement the electri and gas blown heating so will be able to be run in conjuction with the other fuel types all linked to the same blown air system. I will probably buy yet another one to upgrade the old unit on a boat.

If you're thinking of buying it,,, just buy it.
Great product. Got my Volkswagen crafter up to 26 degrees in 20 minutes, the heater itself is not noisy, like the blower in your car on a middle setting, but you do want the fuel pump outside as that's quite noisy tapping away. Also if you have it running flat out the air ducting pipes get worryingly hot, so stick to middle to low setting. Battery wise, it only used a couple of AH on start up , an hour'ish of use and shutdown, it has a glow plug that's turned on at start up and shutdown , presumably to clean the burning chamber at the end, then keeps the fan on to cool the unit at the end of this, so you need to make sure you have enough battery power at the end or the unit may melt. I'll need to purchase more ducting as this only comes with about four foot included, that depends on how big your van is of course. The remote control is also a nice touch to turn it on and off, will be doing that from the house on a frosty morning. Priming the pump is done by pressing, well holding the up and down keys at the same time, took me ages to work that one out. Tip,, you need to cut a square hole in floor of your vehicle or whatever your fixing it to, for the three pipes and the four bolts that screw the plate to the heater with the rubber between, think it was around 7cm by 10cm but check this yourself, then you put sealer around the hole and bolt the plate and heater at the same time to the vehicle or whatever. It is also easier if you can find a flat area to fix it to, I had to hammer the middle and washer the sides. And always drill from underneath to start. Hope this is helpful to some, Thanks Andy

Cheapest on here, and well worth the money.
Installed in a classic VW beetle. Used the water bottle for fuel. Read online about installation as the writing in the instruction manual is difficult to follow. Plastic fuel lines and clips excellent - rubber tubing for hose is excellent. Fuel pump a little noisy but plenty of alternatives. Buy a cheap Co2 meter as they are untuned from the factory and quite wasteful on diesel. Don't use old engine oil as you will spend too much time cleaning it out. Exhaust temps get up to 200 degrees+ so use exhaust wrap to make it far safer. The hose clips for the exhaust and air input supplied are made of cheese. Throw them away and use a SOLID not LADDERED band. Remote easiest way to switch on and off. Works a treat and warms up the car in no time at all. Very noisy on full output - Worth installing the main engine outside and have that pumping in if you are heating an outbuilding. Will buy another for sure.

Wouldn't buy again
Not great. Instructions are useless - they are specific to a different model and are terribly translated so make little sense. The LCD screen/controller comes with no instructions, and it's very difficult to do anything other than turn speed up or down. The clips etc that come with the heater are of very poor quality, they aren't strong enough to hold pipes in place, so had to replace all of them. It does blow hot air daily quickly, and efficiently heats van. But it is also very noisy. The pump isn't so bad if mounted correctly, but the heater itself is VERY loud when starting up. It's just about bearable on its lowest setting. It's fine, and does the job, but it's far from optimum, and you'll have to spend a little more on some better quality parts to install.

Faulty product and no reply to messages
Be warned, don't purchase this product it doesn't work and they don't reply to messages either . I've now taken it apart this definitely isn't so well made as others wires have smaller diameter and the bolts screws are a lot smaller , washers no existent and l still can't get it to work, checked glow plug temperature sensor, pump and all the internals must be the circuit board.
