Printer does what I want it to do.
I purchased this printer this year because I had purchased one years ago and was pleased by how well it worked and how seldom I had paper jams and how easy it was to change the cartridges. Previously, I had a printer that when I had a paper jam, I needed to take it to a professional to fix. It is an older model, but it's great for me.

Best desktop ever.
I've tried to replace this printer with updated versions and have been nothing but disappointed. Love, love, love this printer. Easy to use and you simply can't go wrong with it.

Expensive printer with low quality
The printer took too long to setup. This printer is expensive and only produces yellow and orange copies. I set the default to black and white. I haven’t received one black printed copy yet!! It’s tax season! The colored copies are not appropriate for this job. I am not happy with this expensive printer right now!!!

Surprised
I just had to mention that I purchased this exact same printer on Nov 1st, 2018 here on Amazon and it was BRAND NEW and only cost me $49.99....so why on Earth is it over $300 a whole 5 yrs later??? I'm just curious is all. Btw....I DO like it and it's still going strong 5 yrs. later.....but I just can't believe it's so much more expensive.

Worst printer I have had
Be aware. This printer is not good. The paper is jammed constantly. I have gotted several printer errors for no reason. The printer does not print in color and the black and white i very faint even with new ink. I am very dissapointed with this printer. I am returning it. I did not read the reviews and made the mistake of buying it because I had a prior HP printer that is an old model but worked well for three years. Do not buy this.

Works good
This printer does everything I needed it for. But if your internet sucks you will have a hard time with it. Color ink wastes quicker than the black ink even though I use the color less, I don't get it but ok.

Printer did not work, I was able to return with no issues.

Great upgrade
My fax machine died years ago. This was a nice upgrade to have a FAX, Copier, scanner all in one. Obviously, in this day and age, Wireless printing is a must and it does just that as well.
