Grew up never going to the dentist so I didn't have the best dental hygiene and after I went to the dentist as an adult I realized I had hard plaque and needed to change my routine. I ordered this stuff and it's great. Noticed slight whitening, nothing that astonishing but the natural taste it leaves in your mouth is great. It is pricy so I went back to Listerine after I was done the bottle and I can't stomach the artificial taste. Going back to guru nanda immediately. I hate wasting money but I'm throwing the Listerine away. So many ingredients that end with"-OL" is probably the culprit. I do wish it was cheaper but it's definitely worth it. A natural not overly powerful minty aftertaste that has me ready to get close to people and talk all up in their face and use a bunch of "H's."

Mouthwash I’ve tried so many mouthwashes and I like a fluoride free formula and this has been far the best. My teeth have gotten so white.! even my coworkers have noticed! If you want a fluoride, free, healthy solution this is it I wish I would’ve taken before and after pictures!

Package comes completely wrapped in plastic which was number priority for me to even use! The measuring technique is a bit tricky and the lid/cup doesn't clip onto the mouthwash so dont try to pick it up from the top. The mouth was is refreshing and so far I am pleased and will repurchase again
