Definitely Cooling - For Warm Weather!
Yesterday was pretty warm and today is looking like temperatures might get to over 100 degrees so I was thinking how uncomfortable heat can be even if you have air conditioning. This cream is definitely cooling when applied to legs. It has spearmint leaf oil and peppermint leaf oil in it so it feels tingly and cold. The cocoa butter and shea butter also make this nice for dry skin on the legs. I'd say the cooling feeling lasts ten minutes or longer. Nice to use before bed as I did last night! I wore a disposable glove to apply this cream so I didn't get the essential oils on my hands. This also contains a small amount of tea tree oil and eucalyptus oil. If you tend to swell in the heat this might bring some relief!!!~The Rebecca Review

Not very cooling, but so soft!
I want to give this five stars, because it feels amazing being rubbed onto my feet and calves and it makes my feet feel so soft! I can’t, though, because the big appeal to this was the cooling feature. Other than when my husband first touches my feet with it, I do not notice any cooling effect whatsoever. I thought maybe it was just my feet, so I asked my husband, and he said it felt cool when he first put it on his hands, but not after that. I really do love it, though, as a basic massage cream.I just wanted to mention one other thing in case there is a pregnant mama who hasn’t taken this is into considerate:There are some who caution both foot rubs AND peppermint for pregnant women. Both have been claimed by some to trigger contractions and even start labor. Now, I am pregnant with #9 and my babies come LATE. There is practically NO concern for me that anything short of medical intervention could stimulate me into preterm labor. But this may be a concern for other mamas. If you have any questions about it at all, please be safe! Do some research and ask your doctor or midwife before using.

Feels good, smells good 3.5 stars
I would give this cooling cream 3.5 stars.Pros: smells like a peppermint candy. Not overly pepperminty, but just the right amount. Pump is easy to use and the size is portable. It works and has a cooling affect on the area applied to.Cons: takes a bit of work to rub in. Similar to a sunscreen and leaves a bit of a film. Affects seemed to be relatively short lived. It initially felt good and cooling, but I don’t feel like it lasted for more than 10 minutes. This could just be my body’s reaction to the product and others may have a different experience, but it just didn’t work for me. I love all of the other Natalist products I’ve tried though!

Really Nice Lotion for Tired Tootsies!
Natalist Cooling Cream has such a dreamy texture. It’s emollient, creamy, and sinks into your skin. I found myself wishing this lotion was available in a soothing lavender scent too. This product has a very strong peppermint fragrance and I found myself just wanting to breathe I from the jar. Peppermint oil has cooling properties, can be invigorating, and is helpful for combating nausea. While not a deeply penetrating muscle salve, it still felt really good being massaged into my tired feet and legs. This lotion contains a blend of aloe, shea butter, and coconut oil. It’s made with natural ingredients, is paraben, phthalate, sulfate, and petroleum free, as well as vegan and cruelty free. It’s a really nice product and would make a great gift for someone needing some self care.

Shiny, smooth, relaxed feet
I am on my feet nearly all day long, so I need to use the best creams and oils to ensure that my feet stay soft and pain-free. I guess it’s not the worst thing in the world, but regular cream jars can be annoying since I have to dip my finger into them, and I can’t always avoid getting the cream under my nails. The spray head is very helpful to help get the right amount of lotion on my feet, and only my feet. I just wish the smell was more fragrant. I’m still using the belly oil from this same company, and the oil smells so nice. I was hoping for the same nice smell, but oh well. At least my feet are shiny and feel better.

Cooling, creamy lotion
This lotion feels AMAZING after a long day on my feet, which tend to get a little swollen these days in my third trimester! The cream smells delicious (If you like mint), it’s thick but not too thick, and feels so so refreshing. While I tend to put it on myself before bed… I recommend getting your partner to give you a little foot and ankle massage ;)Love that it’s from a trusted vitamin / prenatal brand, which makes me feel confident using it.
