We decorate to a theme each year and 2018 was dismal swamp. I bought a pair of cheap jeans at a thrift store and wore them over the pants and cut a hole for the fan intake and tore the rear seam for the alligator to stick out. We typically had about 150 trick or treat visitors and most commented on the gator. It added a lot of fun.

My son had this costume for approx. 10 mins before the rear ripped and a giant hole appeared. No way to fix, even with duct tape. Cheap, cheap, cheap.
