Good quality and excellent price
I use this flour along with brown rice and tapioca in a gluten free flour blend. This brand works well and is less expensive than the larger brands.

This is advertised as gluten free. However ,when it arrived it has a wheat allergy warning on the package. That is not gluten free or safe for celiacs.

i did not know that the sorghum flour has a short shelf life
i bought the flour and when i was ready to use it there is a strong smell. .according to the research you can only keep this flour a few months...Im doing my gluten free bread now hopefully it tastes ok..
