Q: Does it have a blower on it?

Not a controlled blower, it does “blow” the heat out but not more than about 18”. It keeps our 14’ x 36’ basement living room noticeably warmer, but we run it constant during the day.

Cant say, as it does not heat Fla. Room very well.
