Doctor's Best Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin for Men & Women, 60 Veg Capsules

I’ve used this brand for quite a while and wanted to finally share my experience. After speaking with my primary care provider and having routine blood work done, I learned that some of my vitamin levels were lower than they should be. I added this B12 supplement to my daily routine, along with other supplements recommended to me. Over time, my follow-up labs showed improvement, which was encouraging. Personally, I’ve noticed that when I stay consistent with taking these, I feel better overall compared to when I skip them. One thing I really appreciate is the size. They’re small, easy to take, and fit nicely in my pill organizer alongside other supplements that are much larger. There’s no noticeable smell or taste, and they dissolve quickly, which makes them very convenient. Based on my experience, I plan to continue using this product and have been happy with it so far.

I have tried B12 tablets, sublingual B12, b complexes, and the energy shot drinks. This particular form of B12 has had a seriously noticeable effect on my energy levels without causing tremors like the energy shot drinks (because they have extra ingredients also). I typically take one in the morning before breakfast with a full glass of water, and another right after lunch to combat the afternoon sleepies. I honestly can't believe what a difference this vitamin has made for me; I used to be so tired all the time and now this helps me get things done that I need to do - just basic things that used to be a huge chore for me - making a little dinner, doing the laundry, just regular everyday things because I would come home so exhausted. Now, it's a relief I can get stuff done just like normal people. What a huge relief and burden lifted off my shoulders. My serious lack of energy even caused me to go into a depression for a while - a bunch of doctor visits, lots of meds that didn't really solve the problem so I stopped taking them, and hundreds of dollars later... My first thought after taking this for about a week and actually feeling normal was "Nine effing dollars. NINE EFFING DOLLARS!" (It was 8.99 when i first bought it). I thought "Really? All it took for me to get normal energy levels again was nine freaking dollars?!?" Anyhow suffice to say, I won't be going to other forms. There are a few brands that have this powdered capsulated form of B12, but I noticed other brands had other fillers and rice powder and since i'm allergic to rice, this one had to be my choice so it's worked out well for me and I've given it to a few gals in the office and they are ordering it now too LOL. Normally I like to put both pros and cons in my reviews, but I honestly can't think of a con on these vitamins, they're just really that awesome to me and I hope I never have to be without them again. Weird that such an inexpensive little vitamin can be that life changing - I must have been pretty deficient in this stuff...

I've only had this a little while and I am already seeing diffferences for my cat. For a few years now she has not been able to jump, and you can tell her feet hurt when she walks. Right before I ordered this, she was even having problems standing and her feet sliding out from under here. (Wood and tile floors, we put down towels for her frequented areas). She eats wet food mixed with water into a 'soup', so it is very easy to open the capsule and pour the powder into it and mix. its pink and turns a red pink when it gets wet. Cat didnt seem bothered by any flavor issues. I dont know if this vitamin did it, but she did experience a bout of loose stools after we started. I stopped for a week then started again only using half the powder in one meal per day and recapping it. Shes been great since. She recently surprised me and jumped into my bed to snuggle, which she hasnt been able to do for a long time (She wont use the stairs we got her..). I wouldnt let her jump down but I've seen her jump down from the couch with much less hesitation lately, so she MUST be feeling better. If youre on the fence, this is worth trying and its cheaper than Zobaline.

I’ve been using the vitamin for 2 weeks now. I’m also taking some other vitamins along with this one. So far, I see no negative effects. I do see a change in energy levels during the day. I would normally take a nap on my off days but, I haven’t felt the urge to do that lately. I also noticed frequent bathroom visits. Water is my best friend so I know I’m not dehydrated. The vitamin is giving nutrients to the body so I guess it’s working and just cleaning me out.

This is really good B12 supplement. I took it for 4 weeks and my B-12 level went from a level of 122 up to 540, which is excellent. I take on empty stomach with water. Absorbs quite nicely. I will be a long time customer with this product.

I’ve been trying other b12 options because this brand keeps increasing in price. It used to be less than $4 even a few years back and it’s now around $8-10. Unfortunately, this brand works the best for my body and I can feel the difference when I’ve tried switching over. I will continue buying this brand because the benefits outweigh the price increase for me.

Very well priced for a 180 caps bottle. The quality is top notch as there no ingredients but Methycobalamin only. Just before my strong cup of tea in the morning, I open a capsule and dump half of B12 under my tongue for a minute and then swallow. And take rest of the capsule before dinner. Even though this is not sublingual B12 but I can surely feel it being absorbed very well under the tongue. Since I have added it to my regimen, my memory and recall is getting much better and I feel more 'present' than before. It's easier to focus for long without getting mentally tired and I have way more energy during my cardio. I also feel that my reflexes have become much better and it's only been 2 months. Vision feel a lot more sharper and colorful as well. I think is raising the Global Integrity of my brain. It's like working on macro and micro levels at the same time. I think if you are over 40, this is a must alongside fish oil. I highly recommend this B12 because of it's good quality and most of all, it's purity.

I have just started using this Vitamin B12. So, I can see that it works. I feel much better, energy raised up,drowsiness during the day went down. So,I continue to use it.
