Thought it would be cheap and break quickly. After several high octane hours and daredevil jumps it's still intact and as good as new. For the money it's great value and lots of fun.

Honestly it’s a great little rc car, my 5 year old boy loves it plenty quick enough for a first rc, all aspects could be better but at this price it’s really good. The built in battery is a bonus as well, we charge it in the car and use it whenever, can drive on trails in the woods, flat grass, gravel, dry mud, not tried sand or getting it wet at all which we won’t do so for us a great toy.

I bought 4 different model RC race cars for my (grown up) kids last Xmas. Lots of daft fun, but noticeable differences between them, even between the Tecnock versions. At this price range, the controllers are all pretty much the same, hi or low power and either full left or full right; not subtle but straightforward to use. But the Tecnock cars are better than the others, a much better power to weight ratio, so faster (can almost outrun the dog!). Very robust and the batteries last well. The light blue version is great, cheaper (it has no fancy lights) and it has a USB-C charge point that allows you charge the battery in situ (ie without removing them from the car). The dog and I have had tons of fun (not sure about the kids....)!

this isn't worth nearly £30, the controller is the worst controller on an RC car, it's terrible cheaply made and I cant even find a way to contact the company. the controller worked for me for about a day, and by work, I mean that loosely, the steering is terrible. you have to turn the wheel so much you think it's going to break. my controller has actually just stopped connecting to the car, the only way it can connect to the car is if I turn the steering wheel all the way to the right, then when I turn it on, the car will only go right... if the company can see this please can I contact you, there is no easy way to do so to talk about your product

Bought this for my daughter has she loves my rc car. It’s not a bad little car BUT It’s nippy but the steering is poor it’s all or nothing with the throttle the tyres slip a lot and IT IS USELESS OFF ROAD And I do mean useless, it’s not much better on tarmac either. Battery life is ok but not the best. The battery compartment is bigger than the battery so the battery does move around which is dangerous, any damage to the battery wrap and it is a potential fire on wheels There is a fiddly little screw to access the battery as well, so carry a screw driver if you go anywhere with it. My daughter ended up playing in the front room on carpet as it’s the only place where the tyres actually gripped.. It’s worth spending the extra money and getting a 1:12 grade crawler like a bezgar 7 I gave it a 3 star rating as I have seen and bought worse rc toys in the past
