can you use an 18 gauge wire with these?

Yes, you can use 18-gauge. That's what I used on my last project. These are really pretty, and I'm pleased with the results.

Is this is acrilic or cristal?

I recevied mine today and I checked: mine are glass, not acrylic.

How many beads of each color

Approximately 20 beads? All I know is, the little compartments were full though some may have had more or less than others. I think the total package was for 100 beads.

The colors were bright and the beads were perfect size for my projects. Some of them looked cracked (it was hard to tell if it was just design or not) but none of them were broken. The hole size was a little inconsistent but overall they were pretty cute!
