I never write Amazon reviews, but I just had a life-changing pizza using this mix, so I guess I have to write something. I've been on a keto diet for about 2 months now, and one of the biggest things I've been craving has been pizza. Given how strict I am with carb-counting, I didn't even give myself any kind of cheat day since I thought that would lead to a slippery slope of regressing into bad eating habits. I found this while looking for some keto snacks, and most of the other reviews said that this was a great dough mix. They were NOT kidding! It was immensely easy to make (although mixing the dough in a stand mixer on a dough hook didn't go well. There isn't enough dough to have the hook grab and work the dough, so after a minute of failing to get it working, I opted to knead it by hand), and while I was surprised that it hardly changed size while resting, it definitely was workable to get a nice sized pie out of it. The flavor and texture of the crust was pretty moist and bread-like, but it had a bit of a chew to it! I wasn't able to get a good color on the bottom, but I blame myself way more then I would blame the mix for that. I'll also say that the dough definitely thickened up in the oven (since I was worried this might be a thin crust pizza once it finished baking, thankfully it was not!) Three pieces of this pizza were about 10 carbs, which means I'm still sticking to my daily allowance, so I'm happy with the carb content they have in this. I'll also say that the price isn't bad either considering it's a decent sized pizza dough that you could load up with whatever. I definitely want to stock my pantry with more of these mixes now that I've had a transcendent experience with this pizza.

This tastes pretty amazing. I had my own seasonings to the dough I bought it twice. The only thing is it’s pretty small so it’s a little expensive for what you get. If you think about it it’s nine dollars just for the crust and even when you’re stretched out, it’s probably good for like two meals. It’s like a personal pizza like a little bit bigger than that but it actually tastes pretty good for how many carbs are in it and I do highly recommend.

This was pretty good. The dough rolled out into a 12 inch circle easily. Not crumbly. The taste wasn't quite right but close enough that I'll use it again.

This has become our go-to dough for pizza. We try to keep our carbs low and this product is so easy to use. We served it to some folks last week who are pizza fans, and they thought it was very tasty. With pizza prices like they are and the stingy amount of meat and veggies that come on them, we like ours loaded with fresh toppings and being homemade, they just are better all around!!

This is a winner. My husband and I are doing keto, and I ordered these packets on a whim. I decided to make it the other night and it was so easy I didn't think it could be good. I told my boys it was probably yucky and they could have anything else for dinner, but they inhaled it and kept saying how good it was. My husband was shocked at how good it was and then so was I. It is GREAT for keto! I followed the directions, but baked it plain on the pizza stone for 5 minutes. Then added the toppings and finished the cooking time. I also brushed butter on the edges of the crust before baking.

Worst stuff I ever tasted. Soooo disappointing. It never rose! Was it suppose to?! It tasted like a biscuit rather than a pizza crust. Awful! No satisfying at all!!! Terrible. I saw the reviews, mostly good but all I have to say to those reviewers is you have really bad taste if you this this stuff is good!! Really bad taste!! Just stick to Taco Bell!!

The taste and quality are excellent but the price is what will make neuritis this product. Aldo can you find a substitute for the canola oil please!

There are 3 types of "tasters" per science; Non-tasters (approx. 25% of population). Medium-tasters (approx. 50% of population). Supertasters (approx. 25% of population). I'm a supertaster. When people say things taste "just like the real thing" I have to remind myself of this. The Does this taste like proper pizza crust? No, it's keto. The packaging says it's 8 servings, again, no. What I do to try and save money, is divide the prepared dough, into thirds and use my tortilla press to smash it down to as thin as possible. I freeze the prepared discs, with parchment separating the 3, raw, crusts. I take one out the day before, to thaw it and then bake the pizza, with toppings, right up to the edge, per package instructions. If you asked me if this is expensive, I'd say yes. However, I can't eat boring food day in and day out and it boost my moral which helps me stay on diet target. I do OMAD on occasion, which sucks and makes me feel awful, however, having pizza on that day really helps. This is the least off pizza crust I have ever had.

This was OK but not worth the effort or the price. It was nice to have a doughy moment but it's the tiniest bag and only gets you 1 pizza (for 2 ppl). I laughed when I got it, didn't realize it would have been so small.
